I sent him the requirements that were needed to which he agreed. Once I received the "deliverables" they were unusable as it was not a topography survey it was later revealed this was topography mapping. I called Fly Guys for nearly a month. The sales rep never called me back. The other rep assigned to my project would not call me back. I had to sales just to get in contact with yet another rep who could not help me. I lost over $3,000 because of Fly Guy's illegitimate business practices on top of the $2,500 I paid them. I requested a refund and was willing to eat the $3,000 that I lost because of them. I received an email from a random rep, that never bothered to reach out to me before, only for him to say, "our website says we are NOT LICENSED." Then why did your sales rep say you were!? I can go on and on but this company is NOT a licensed land surveyor and will tell you anything to get a sale. See you in small claims!

I will say that this jump company came highly recommended; however, the level of unprofessionalism…read morewas at an all time high. I picked this company due to having a Minnie Mouse combo jump which was the theme of my daughter's party. I booked on March 13th and the day before my daughter's party at 4:50 PM they informed me that they did not have that jump and they offered a Mickey Mouse jump. I expressed my frustration but accepted the other available jump due to it being the final hour before the party. The day of the party the company showed up with the Mickey Mouse jump but it was SOAKING WET. The guy tried to dry it with some towels but again 30 minutes before the party I had no other options. I did reach out the following day to inform them I was very disappointed about how things went and was told I would hear something back but heard nothing back from the company. The company left the jump overnight but did not tell me. Overall, I paid $250 plus dollars for a wet jump that I didn't really want. 0/10 would be my review.

They made us feel comfortable from the very start that they would take care of everything and ensure the best party. They were always extremely responsive. Aaron was booked for my date, and so Chris deejay-ed the party. We had a long phone call with him ahead of time (out-of-town wedding), and he got to know our style and preferences. At the reception, he made the sound fill the room perfectly and mixed a great combo of music that had our wedding guests dancing the night away. Chris is a true DJ who mixes and creates the perfect atmosphere rather than just hitting 'play' on a playlist. He also took care of a few other sounds needs we had for the wedding. I had so many guests tell me what a great time they had on the dance floor. I very highly recommend Aaron Lane Productions!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing…read more I completely understand that substitutions are sometimes necessary in the floral industry. My issue isn't that a few flowers were replaced, it's that the arrangement delivered looked nothing like the one I ordered. The advertised arrangement had a soft, airy, garden-style design with a very specific color palette and composition. The arrangement that was delivered was completely different. It was dominated by large sunflowers, burgundy chrysanthemums, pink stock, and green hydrangeas, flowers that dramatically changed the entire look and feel. If I had wanted that style of arrangement, I would have ordered it. When you purchase flowers, you're paying for the florist's design and artistry, not simply a vase filled with flowers of comparable value. Similar dollar value does not mean it's the same product. What disappointed me even more was the complete lack of customer service. I called multiple times trying to speak with someone about the issue. My calls went unanswered and went straight to voicemail, and despite being told someone would follow up, no one ever did. Instead, I eventually received a vague text message saying that if certain flowers aren't available, they do their best to substitute them. That completely missed the point. The issue was never that substitutions were made, it was that the substitutions resulted in an arrangement that bore little resemblance to what was advertised. There was no attempt to acknowledge that concern or offer any meaningful resolution. My friend, being the kind and gracious person she is, thanked me and told me the flowers were beautiful. Of course she did - she appreciated the gesture behind them. But that doesn't change the fact that what I paid for and what was delivered were two very different products. I'll be posting side-by-side photos of the arrangement I ordered and the one that was delivered so others can decide for themselves. Do these arrangements honestly look alike? Do you believe the delivered arrangement reflects the premium product that was advertised? Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this florist. Between the completely different design, the lack of communication, and the unwillingness to make things right, this was not the level of service I expected from a professional florist.
