Are you telling me this place has no insurance to cover accidents or any plan B for replacements or repair? This should be budgeted into the hefty price tag when paying to play there. Parents beware. You are quite literally blind folded but are expected to be aware of where the wall and surrounding equipment is. Perhaps had staff been adequately supervising this could have been prevented. This may not be the best place to bring children who play vigorously or adults with a long reach cause you could graze the wall or any of their own equipment with a controller. Then you'll be in for a very rude awakening. While the staff reassures you that this happens all the time and is no big deal, they'll pull you off to the side and demand a small fortune (trying not to make the other patrons aware).
