Aaron Lane and his team were the best. I called them after both my photographer and my wedding coordinator recommended them. They made us feel comfortable from the very start that they would take care of everything and ensure the best party. They were always extremely responsive. Aaron was booked for my date, and so Chris deejay-ed the party. We had a long phone call with him ahead of time (out-of-town wedding), and he got to know our style and preferences. At the reception, he made the sound fill the room perfectly and mixed a great combo of music that had our wedding guests dancing the night away. Chris is a true DJ who mixes and creates the perfect atmosphere rather than just hitting 'play' on a playlist. He also took care of a few other sounds needs we had for the wedding. We had such a great experience with Aaron, and I'd recommend him to anyone hands down. When we arrived to our reception hall, Aaron was already fully set up and good to go. He was very accommodating and made sure we were 100% comfortable before the event. We met multiple times over the phone throughout the year to discuss packages, prices, add-ons, type of music to be played at which parts of the wedding, day of schedule, and last minute changes. He volunteered assistance to help edit our first dance song when we wanted to merge two songs together. During the actual first dance, he unexpectedly and amazingly blew fire during the transition between the two songs, and blew the crowd away! First of all, having actual fire as a DJ makes him stand out as an entertainer worth hiring! He is truly an artist. Lastly, he was also very honest after the event was over and granted us refunds for services that were unused (we didn't know about this, so he could've taken the money and ran). We had some unique things going on and I was afraid it was going to be a little too chaotic but Aaron made it flow perfectly. It's been almost two weeks since my wedding, and people are STILL making it a point to tell me how impressed they were with the music and how great the party was! Aaron Lane truly delivered on everything we could have hoped for. From the jump, his assistant Rene was in constant contact, and she was available to answer any and all questions we had, and that was BEFORE we even officially hired him. Aaron Lane Entertainment is such a machine, and everyone we spoke to was just so helpful and amazing. A few weeks before the wedding, the DJ (Aaron in our case) gave us a call to discuss what kinds of music we like and what kind of vibe we were going for. My husband and I LOVE music, so we tried really hard to reign ourselves in and not give him a premade playlist. Aaron was so easy to talk to and asked all the right questions. Once the night of the wedding hit and we just listened to song after song, it was clear to see that Aaron really heard us and knew who we were as a couple. The songs ranged from rat pack to bachata to 90s/00s hip hop to punta. It was 100% perfect and everything we could have ask for. He didn't even question my "non-negotiable" Time Warp request. Aaron is awesome! He was hired as our wedding DJ. It was clear that Aaron was experienced and knowledgeable about music and his equipment. As promised Aaron really delivered. We absolutely loved Aaron as our Master of Entertainment at the wedding! And all of our guests had a blast! My family and friends from Mexico were very impressed by the selection of Latin music that he played, as well as by all the music selection he had! He was amazing in working with us during the whole ceremony, and for accommodating not only the music requests from my now wife and myself, but also for accommodating everybody's requests on music! He is awesome! August 2016 groom I would like to agree with everything my husband wrote but I want to add a few things too!  Aaron was super speedy in his replies throughout the entire process and meet with us for several hours collectively before our big day even took place.  I thought it was incredible that he sent us a gift of the "Love Languages" book!  We had actually attended a marriage conference the author put on here in Lafayette.  The concept has been a huge help in our relationship!  Gifts are my #1 love language so receiving one from our DJ blew me away and made me feel like he really cared about us as a couple, not just a paycheck! He also helped with ceremony planning.  I am sooooooo glad we went with such an experienced and thoughtful DJ!  His previous events at Rip Van Winkle gave him such a great perspective on things and that was invaluable!  I loved how when the wedding coordinator at our venue found out he was DJing she was thrilled!  He also helped make my "little sister's" role in the wedding soooo special!  You should have seen her and her mom's facebook posts after going to meet Aaron at a REAL studio to record a song!  You would've thought they had won the lottery!  That was sooooo HUGE of him, and not just for me but for my loved ones too! He ALSO helped set up everything needed to show a video of my 86 year old grandma playing a song on the piano for my husband and I! It brought people to tears and I'm so glad we were able to play it! Finally, he was sooo good as just going with the flow (there was an incident that could have thrown off even the most seasoned DJ but he just laughed it off and went with it) and making the entire day and night run so smoothly that I had "the best day of my life."  I thought that was such a clique saying but now I know it can be true.  Aaron Lane ran things and I wasn't stressed at all!  PRICELESS!
