Pellegrin was by far the most unprofessional psychologist I have ever encountered. Instead of providing a safe and supportive space, sessions felt judgmental, forced and dismissive. Pellegrin was more interested in pushing her own opinions and bias than actually listening to me. Boundaries and professionalism were also lacking, which made the environment uncomfortable and untrustworthy. Rather than trying to understand the situation for what it was, Pellegrin tried to force my situation into a picture she already made up in her mind. This psychologist should not be practicing -- her approach is ineffective, discouraging, and harmful. Pellegrin seems to be lost in the echo chamber of the so-called professionals she works with...many of whom benefit substantially from regurgitating talking points which increase litigation and ongoing financial resources for them. At the expense of children and families. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for competent treament and accurate analysis of your situation. I would highly encourage any clients of Alicia Pellegrin who received the inaccurate and negligent assessment that I did report her to Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners (psychboard.az.gov).

She responds quickly to my email inquiries, Bob always answers the phone, they remember me every time, and have been very helpful when working with me. When I first reached out to Pellegrin, she called me back very quickly, and she spoke with me for almost an hour on the phone, no charge. I'll add another review about the full evaluation process. So far, it's been great.

Worst urgent care clinic for veterans and active duty members,…read more I went in with my tricare referral number and they didn't know what Tricare was or a referral number and they also violated HIPPA by having me speak about what I needed to be seen for in front of patients in the waiting area. The staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility.

Concerned not only with my physical health, but my financial health, as well, we did a flu test (NEGATIVE!) and decided I had a sinus infection. Sent home with Zyrtec and some nose spray, I was feeling better by the next morning. Thank you so much for the terrific job with my well being! P.S., I have a new favorite urgent care.

The staff was wonderful the always treated us with respect, kindness, attention. The social workers, nurses, techs, recreation therapist and front office all care about the patients that go there. Even though there job is definitely hard and stressful. There was always something that we did. Either group about recovery or mental health issues. They even had dogs to come and cheer us up. That was the thing they know we be counting the days before we get out. It was fun at times and it got real alot it was always a balance. True professionalism from everyone there. I truly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. Please keep in mind that a…read morepsychiatrist is NOT A THERAPIST, and they are there to diagnose and treat you accordingly, not to listen to your problems. I've been going since 2021 (3 years now) and my experience thus far has been phenomenal. I've been diagnosed and treated for mental disorders I didn't even suspect I had, and I can say my day to day life has very much improved since starting medication. Dr. Adam Allen is very insightful, and he listens to my concerns while keeping me on topic (I have ADHD so it's hard for me to stay on track sometimes). He asked that I call him whenever I have hypomania/depression episodes, and I have done just that. Last time I did, the front desk answered and took a message, and he called me back ON A SATURDAY, got me in for a sooner appointment, and adjusted my medications as so. This is someone who cares about his job and wants to help his clients.
