His office is well designed, eliminating a waiting room, which helps with patient privacy and avoiding contact with others who may be sick (especially this time of year). I am very much looking forward to my next appointment and an ongoing relationship with him and his staff. Scheduling was a breeze, his nurse Amber thoroughly took my vitals and history and post appointment, I was referred to get labs at the St Tammany outpatient center which was also a very quick and easy experience.

Worst urgent care clinic for veterans and active duty members,…read more I went in with my tricare referral number and they didn't know what Tricare was or a referral number and they also violated HIPPA by having me speak about what I needed to be seen for in front of patients in the waiting area. The staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility.
