I truly do not understand why there are so many negative reviews. Please keep in mind that a psychiatrist is NOT A THERAPIST, and they are there to diagnose and treat you accordingly, not to listen to your problems. I've been going since 2021 (3 years now) and my experience thus far has been phenomenal. I've been diagnosed and treated for mental disorders I didn't even suspect I had, and I can say my day to day life has very much improved since starting medication. Dr. Adam Allen is very insightful, and he listens to my concerns while keeping me on topic (I have ADHD so it's hard for me to stay on track sometimes). He asked that I call him whenever I have hypomania/depression episodes, and I have done just that. Last time I did, the front desk answered and took a message, and he called me back ON A SATURDAY, got me in for a sooner appointment, and adjusted my medications as so. This is someone who cares about his job and wants to help his clients. read more

After waiting 2 months for an appointment, taking off of work and keeping my son home specifically for the appointment, I get there to find out the dummy at the front desk "didn't schedule it right" and my son was not able to be seen. Instead of accommodating me for THEIR screw up, which by reading the reviews I see happens a lot, they just said "mistakes happen." I guess this was a blessing in disguise bc the reviews are awful!!! The two girls need to be trained on how to schedule an appointment, I DOBUT IT'S ROCKET SCIENCE!!! read more

I have been going to this facility for quite a few months now and the staff is extre rude. Taylor and Kylah both should have been fired immediately today. They both scheduled me wrong where I was out of my medications for over a week with no refills and then on top of that I had to wait over an hour to be seen. There we're no apologies ir the wait even knowing I was sick and experiencing bad side effects so needed to be seen at my scheduled time definet not an hour later. When trying to reschedule an appointment after being seen Kylah had a horrible attitude and began trying to argue with me when I asked her to make sure that next time my appointment would be scheduled before I run out of my medication. On top of that the new doctor was very unprofessional and uncaring trying to remove medication that had been a lifesaver for me. I am currently in the process of finding a much more compassionate and understanding place for mental health because these people obviously only care about a paycheck. if you were considering going run before you get talked down to, wait forever and don't get your issues addressed. read more

I need to clarify.... while Dr. St. Amant is indeed a great doctor, the owner of the clinic, who has a business degree and no experience in mental health, is wicked greedy. read more

Oh yeah and I got there 15 minutes prior to my appointment. Yet Mr Scott insisted on smoking cigarettes outside the front of the office for half an hour so I was seen 45 min after my arrival and 30 minutes after my appointment time. read more

This is the WORST place you could ever go to! The front desk staff are so rude! She RESCHEDULED me 3 times. It took almost 3 months to get in. They didn't send me my paperwork until the day before. When I got there she was so rude. I told them the day prior WHEN I CALLED THEM that I would be late. Apparently they called to remind me of my appointment but didn't leave a message. She said just make it before 15 minutes late or it'll be a missed appointment and we will charge you $150 to reschedule! What a joke! YOU RESCHEDULED ME 3 TIMES!! And when I got there she gave me an attitude since I didn't have my paperwork! You sent it to me the day before at 2:18. Are you serious???? I hope they fire you! read more

If your looking for a psychiatrist at Life Net I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I was referred to this facility. I called them gave my son's case information they were mailing me an application and gave me a date for my son to be seen. That same day I received a call from their staff saying the psychiatrist would not accept my son's case. This is unprofessional . I received no explanation why and just to have a great day. read more

I would give zero stars if i could. i'm pretty sure the reply to another reviewer is a staff member which should tell you enough. all the doctor does is flip through pages in a book and reads you definitions and asks if that's what you think you have. don't waste your time or money. the staff knows nothing about customer service will disrespect you like a parent talking to a child and they protect their staff even if it means lying. horrible horrible office. read more

But everyone was so friendly that it was a great experience for us both. My brother has cerebral palsy and is deaf, so he can be hard to communicate with, especially now with everyone wearing masks. Then I get a bill later on stating I had a balance of $265.00. So i wasn't not told that I should have been paying $36.00 as a copay. So I contacted the company the representative who took the call was flat out rude and inconsiderate. No customer service skills at all. I would not recommend this place to go to for any physical therapy. The therapist was nice but there should be more than one therapist in the building one person can not take care of two and three patients at a time. I think personal conversations should be at a limit.
