Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

With that - SBB app has is the only way to work with them and their upload mechanism is not very functional. I had to create a workaround with my phone to supply them with my EIN form, drivers license, etc. I have a legitimate company open for many years, in good standing. It can be verified via the state, IRS database, BBB, D&B and many other sources, not to mention my own ID and SS card are legitimate. I simply wanted to follow my financial advisor's advice for an additional bank account to use in the event of an outage at my main bank, etc. He recommended SBB and a few others, so I chose SBB. It took them over a week to decline my application and refuse to provide any reason. I took my information to another recommended online account and had my new account within hours. Keep I mind, the account I have at my current bank I have had for 17 years without any issues. I question the process they use to verify. There are several other online banks my advisor suggested, Grasshopper and Bluevine being among them.

This location in Shawnee is one that we use at my current place of worship (Journey Community Church). I have to say, despite the ostentatious-sounding name, Country Club Bank has left me with the feeling of that old, family-friendly, neighborhood bank time and again. They are very nice people, easy to work with, and even remember my face for the infrequent times that I happen to walk in and actually need something. Not a lot of red-tape or trying to act like they are some big-player in the banking world.
