They proceeded to not show up for a Monday night appointment. No call or explanation. Followed up for a weekend service, was not giving any reasoning to why they missed Monday, they said they would show up Saturday. Ghosted again. Followed up Saturday night, they said they would come Sunday morning and then didn't show again. At this point I was already for another provider, and told them to not bother showing up and that I would be leaving a negative review. They begged to allow them to come over on Monday morning, I told them no chance although I highly doubt they would come any way. Rosanna is extremely unprofessional in her promptness. Original service was cheap and worked fine which is why I was fine going back to them. Only use them if you have no concerns about them never showing up!

Avoid this company at all costs! I hired Two Brothers to install a new irrigation system in April…read more2024. The system was a complete disaster. In September 2025, I finally cut my losses and hired Campbell Lawn Care to replace practically the whole thing. Some of the issues included: 1- Two Brothers only dug the PVC pipes 1-3 inches below ground (see the attached pictures). They are supposed to be dug 8-18 inches below ground. The pipes were literally visible at ground level in many areas. When my lawn care company aerated my lawn, they wound up puncturing the pipes in many places (see photos), leading to water leaking across my lawn. Certain connections between the pipes were also leaking. To their credit, Two Brothers came back to attempt to fix the pipes and dig them deeper 3 or 4 times (tearing up my lawn each time). However, they were never able to get the system working properly. 2- Two Brothers installed the main manifold incorrectly and basically had the backflow preventor practically free-hanging with no support. The backflow preventor was also installed on the incorrect side of the winterization connection (causing water to be pushed into my house's plumbing system, rather than out of the sprinkler heads during winterization). Campbell had to rebuild this entire system (see before and after photos). 3-Two Brothers installed a used, damaged Rainbird control box and passed it off as new. Only recently did I discover the damage inside, clearly indicating it was previously used. 4- Two Brothers oddly and incorrectly combined two zones on opposite sides of my house leading to issues watering effectively. I speculate they did this because they didn't use enough sprinkler heads in one of the zones for it to stand alone (which also led to coverage issues). This seems to have been the result of laziness. In the end, after Two Brother's dug up my lawn 3 or 4 separate times, I wound up having to hire Campbell Lawn Care to replace the whole system. Ultimately, I paid twice for the same system. Using Two Brothers was the single biggest mistake of my life as a homeowner - do not repeat my mistake! Also, Two Brothers' website claims that they are licensed. However, I am unable to find any indication that Two Brothers is licensed on the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation website. I am considering legal action to recoup my money, but fear that Two Brothers is neither licensed nor insured.

After doing some research and reading reviews, I came across Aqua-Bright. Their response for an appointment, their reasonable price, and communication were different than the other 7-8 companies I've dealt with in the past. Miguel showed up and did a walk-through, asked a few questions, and went to work. He put the system through a test run, we walked each zone to discuss my concerns and issues; and then he came up with a plan to make the irrigation system more effective and reliable. Miguel was very professional, efficient, organized, and very knowledgeable. As I watched Miguel make adjustments to some of the sprinkler heads, you can see the care, work quality, and caring attitude in his performance. They came for the spring startup and could not figure out why one of the zones did not work. They asked us to pay extra money to have another tech coming and figuring out. We agreed and a tech spent two hours and finally found the extra box after my wife suggested to check our front garden carefully. But after he replaced the valve, he was still not able to get it work. And he left everything unfinished and asked us to contact the company and pay additional two hours for another tech to come. Several days after this visit, we noticed that another two zones did not work. According to the operation log, it happened the next watering day just after his visit. We called company and they said they were not sure whether they messed up the wires of the zones even after they saw the operations log. They asked me to pay ahead of time for another tech to come and figure out what was happening. We used another company and figured out that the previous tech shut down one of the valve and connected the incorrect wire to the controller. We cancelled the service plan and don't recommend this company at all. If you already use them, make sure they don't mess up your system after any investigation. I wish I can leave zero star for them.
