Fast efficient and professional, no complaints. Sometimes I wonder what people want or expect from these types of transactions. They don't take brands you are familiar with, but I did see some Nautica and American Apparel in there...but for the most part no H&M, Forever 21, Hollister, Abercrombie, zara etc. Beautiful collection of vintage clothes, from a Jacqueline Onassis inspired pink dress to a Save the Earth vintage denim jacket, and a planet on it's back studded with sequins. Held Over was always genuine. It never tried or aspired to be something that it wasn't. It's vintage was affordable and timeless and it's staff were always helpful and kind. I am glad that the many items that I have hand selected from here over the years will continue to live on. If you happen to be in SF and reading this review - today is the perfect day to pay homage to a magical spot that has persevered through San Francisco's always changing business landscape. There is a section for hats, glasses are kept in the glass cases at the cash wrap. While this isn't my favorite shop on the block, they do have specific finds. I've not found anything I felt worth buying based on my own style; but it is worth a walk-thru if you like to hunt and see pieces from the past. Are you fat? Sucks to be you in general but doubly so if you want to shop here. Yeah, it's Goodwill. Clothing options weren't always going to be fantastic. But I've been to numerous Goodwill stores in the Bay Area alone that I could find clothes my size at and this isn't one of them. So as far as I'm concerned, this Goodwill is easily the worst of them all. But if you're looking for women's clothing, this place will be paradise for you. No shortage of that here.
