I came in and they had them on in about 45 minutes to an hour which was amazing. Fast forward to this weekend, I got a nail in my tire and realized they offer free tire "patch" so I decided to go in since my previous visit was good. The employee checking me in remembered my car and said they could do the patch. I waited two hours for them to start on my car and I was pretty annoyed cause people who had came in after me left before me but I just decided they had an appointment, then they start on my car and it took no more than 10 minutes from when they pulled it in to when they were done. So I was like whatever right it's done it's fine no big deal they made me wait cause I didn't have an appointment plus I wasn't spending any money which is bad customer service but all good it's done. THEY COULDN't EVEN DO THE PATCH RIGHT. Later on in the day I get in my car and my air pressure light is on, I spray soapy water on the patch it's leaking. Horrible wasted my two hours could've just bought the plugs from autozone and done a better job myself but no I decided to go to the "professionals" so disappointed two hours I'm not getting back but at least I learned my lesson about americas tires they'll do a good job but only if your spending money

I had such a good experience here!…read more A few weeks ago I had a mobile mechanic change my brakes and rotors, and a few weeks later some warning lights came on my dashboard and my car started making a weird noise. Since it was Labor Day, there weren't many shops open, so I called another mobile mechanic just to get some insight. He was super kind and actually recommended this place. I was surprised they were open on a holiday, especially because they were really busy. I got there around 8 AM and they took my car in pretty much right away. They found that some parts from my brake job had not been installed properly by the previous mechanic and got everything taken care of. They were also able to find another issue I've been dealing with for a while, which I really appreciated. I get nervous going to mechanics because I always worry about being overcharged when I don't fully understand what they're talking about. I didn't feel that way here at all. They were patient, explained everything to me, and were very honest about what was actually wrong and what I needed. They were quick, friendly, honest, and their prices were very fair. Called and spoke to the fantastic Juan who said come on down. I thought I had just one nail in my left rear tire . The very alert Alan spotted another nail in my right one as well. I absolutely love the atmosphere, the vibe, the warmth that I experienced immediately . All the workers just seem calm, happy and just loving life.. Translation and end result - great, efficient, very reasonable( $25 per tire) professional, honest service from Juan and his team as I sat and almost nodded off in the comfortable chair in the waiting room. Who in the right mind would buy two tires that are different, even if they're used and that the ad says nothing about this. Also, sure they will install them, but they don't balance the tires, because of course, that's extra. So coming in for $25 used tires thinking sure I'll pay $50 for two, ends up being over $100. If that is not crooked, I have no idea what is. The only thing I will say, though is the two employees that were there were very nice, and they were just doing what the owner told them to do. So I don't blame the employees at all. They were actually pretty cool.

This time I called for my work truck tires and Karla said the tires would be in within an hour. That's fast service since they didn't have the oversized tires in stock. Side note: Armando saw my brake pads were getting low and told me to run down the street to the auto parts and get them and he'll have one of his guys do them really quick. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience with the owner's son, I can no longer say I would confidently recommend this business moving forward. My visit began with a simple inquiry about the price of used tires. Over a week earlier, I had called and was quoted $50 per tire by a woman over the phone. When I came in, the owner's son insisted that the price was now $60 per tire because of a recent price change. I understand that prices can change, and my issue was not simply about the $10 difference. I was trying to explain the quote I had previously received so we could clarify the discrepancy. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, he became argumentative, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. I even clarified that I wasn't trying to give him an attitude, which he acknowledged. However, when I asked why I would make up a price I had been quoted over the phone, he responded defensively by questioning why he would make up a price himself. The conversation went in circles when it could have been handled with a simple, respectful explanation. Despite the unpleasant interaction, I still proceeded with having three tires replaced and paid the updated price.
