When I walked into the store, an employee was on his phone selling a stack of shoes and sports…read morecards he had on the counter. I waited in line for a few minutes to get help from the only other person actually working. This person did a great job and I let him know this. He was very frustrated by the other employee selling shoes\cards and voiced this to the employee. I also spoke up for the person that was actually willing to help me. Recent visits, the person selling non-auto parts has been very 'cold' towards me.

It has easy access to the streets but the selection here is pretty minimal compared to other locations. Staff here was actually pretty friendly but the store was just a bit run down, empty and below average. Overall, it had some of the Necessities I was looking for upon my quick visit.

Very unprofessional and their loss, was trying to give them my buisness. My buddy who was with me told me they were shady I figured how bad could it be for a muffler delete lol I wouldn't trust them to change a lugnut! Wish I could rate 0 stars Brent was the individual that I spoke to on the phone. Jeff is there manager hopefully at-least the manager will right this wrong, I'll be in there sometime have them put air in my tires or something.

It was over heating, pulled into Holiday and purchased antifreeze. Later mentioned to Brent, indirectly called a liar, said his mechanics don't make those kind of mistakes. In hindsight take pictures of the problem unless you want to be called a liar. Other than that every thing was good. Now go to dealer or local repair shop
