We ALSO lost power in the Living Room, Staircase, Upstairs Loft, and OUR Master Bedroom (1/2 of it), Bathroom as well. Upon checking the breakers, I noticed there was NOTHING out of place or tripped, so I was puzzled. Going through Angi's List didn't help us much as the handyman there were a bit pricey. We contacted a family Real Estate member, and asked them if they knew of anyone that might be able to help us out. They stated that they did, passed along the business name and told us to call them as they had given them a notice we'd be calling. We called up Israelectric, and were able to get an Estimate for the power problem after the technician came over to inspect the possible cause(s). We received a very acceptable quote and decided to have them do the work. There were a couple of additional electrical type tasks needed as well. ALL of the work was done in a very timely, professional, quality manner. The technician was VERY helpful, explained everything needing to be done, and as they went along to keep us in the loop. They are VERY customer oriented / family outfit. They rechecked all the work done to make sure it was CORRECTLY functioning and SAFE. I would recommend EVERYONE to give this business a call. They are FAIR, very professional, take their time to do the job right #1. We are glad we found them, and had them do the work. We have found a VERY professional and affordable Electrician. I had the pleasure of working with Dan at SMS Generators for the first time earlier this month on…read morean indoor/outdoor event that required a generator. And when I say "pleasure," I mean "sheer luck," and when I say "working with," I mean Dan saved the day. Because as it turns out, I didn't just need a generator - the entire electrical situation on site turned into a quasi-nightmare. And my event would have been a literal nightmare had Dan not swooped in with his guidance, expertise, timeliness, and professionalism. In fact, when I jumped on Yelp to attempt to compose some kind of helpful review/gratitude-statement that reflects my total appreciation and respect for this business, I was kind of blown away that there aren't like 100+ five-star reviews for SMS Generators. How is this possible? And then it occurred to me - what happened to me is probably just what happens to everyone who has the good fortune and foresight to work with SMS: before you contact SMS, you have a problem. After you've had the pleasure of working with SMS, you can't even remember ever having had a problem to begin with. SMS Generators not only eliminates your problems, but also possibly even erases them from existence?!? Maybe it's magic, maybe it's Dan at SMS Generators. Whatever the case, next time you're having an event, do yourself a favor and give SMS a call. You might just forget that you ever needed to call them in the first place. (But *do* leave them a review! They deserve it.)
