We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!

I arrived frustrated and felt raked over the coals by multiple places before arriving at Specialty Paint & Body. To say I wasn't in the mood to be haggled on on labor was an understatement, and I had already braced myself for another unpleasant experience. Chris and Nick were kind, patient, and spent a great deal of time looking at my vehicle with me. They didn't have a "salesy" tactic that we all dread when going to a body shop. I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion that I bought brand new. Unfortunately, a leak in my trunk caused my trunk and back seats to flood with water as it rained heavy the night before. Before agreeing to any work, they refereed me back to the Ford dealership to see if i could get the issue fixed under warranty. Chris and Nick were looking out for my interest and I appreciate that. I went to the Ford dealership hoping they could help, considering the issue isn't a result of an accident. My mileage was 36,020 on my odometer. Ford told me there is nothing they could do under warranty because I was over 36,000 miles. ONLY 20 miles over! They wanted to charge an egregious labor price so I left. I returned to Specialty Paint & Body after leaving Ford upset. While visiting Specialty Paint & Body and working with Chris and Nick, I was treated like a friend. We were able to quickly diagnose the leak and they were able to fix it. I told her to take it to my buddy Danny at Pro Transmissions & Automotive who I've known for half of my life for a second opinion. Danny did what Danny does: he properly diagnosed the problem and determined that the van did not need an entirely new engine. His team replaced the necessary gaskets, completed the head-gasket and timing job, and got my sister back on the road for about half of what the other shop had quoted. Honest diagnosis, quality work, and a huge amount of money saved. If you're facing an expensive repair, take your vehicle to Danny before giving up on it. I cannot recommend this shop enough, a second opinion from the right shop can make all the difference!
