He never gave us ANY documentation to show the problem(s). So how can you know what to fix if you don't know the problem. They said the cost was lower because the job had gone much better/easier than expected. I'm over 60, and I don't recall ever having a repair cost so much less than the estimate. They could easily have parked my car in their parking lot until Thursday (or better yet Friday) and charged a little over the estimate- but they didn't. Why not? I think it's because they are honest. And my car is running great, I definitely recommend CCOR. Other reviewers complain about having to wait because CCOR was booked up; my experience is a crappy mechanic can work on your car today.
