I was a little late to my scheduled appt, but they went right to work as I pulled up. The shop is located inside of Pick Your Part Junk Yard's parking lot. The shop was busy, cranking out one windshield job after another. Jonathan was very friendly, helpful and serviceable. The price of the windshield replacement was the best I could find in town. This shop isn't the prettiest looking place but it checked all the boxes and I left a very satisfied customer. I will happily be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thanks again Jonathan!

Before I found OC Windshields, I honestly didn't know there was such a big difference between a…read morebasic windshield installation and a quality one. A few years ago, I had my windshield replaced by another shop because it was a little cheaper. They rushed the job, reused old molding, and didn't prep the surface correctly. The windshield looked fine at first, but after the first heavy rain I started noticing water leaking inside my car. Later I learned that shortcuts like poor cleaning, improper primer application, or not allowing the adhesive to cure properly can lead to leaks, wind noise, and even reduce the windshield's ability to protect you in an accident. When I went to OC Windshields, they took the time to explain the entire process. They showed me why quality urethane adhesive matters, why proper preparation is so important, and why rushing a windshield installation can create problems down the road. I realized I wasn't just paying for a piece of glass I was paying for safety, experience, and peace of mind. Sometimes the cheapest option ends up costing more. After seeing the difference firsthand, I can honestly say the quality was worth every penny. If you're getting your windshield replaced, don't just compare prices. Compare the workmanship. It makes all the difference.

If you are on a time budget, schedule the weekend or something. I was late to get back to work. The work itself was good and the Xpel XR nano-ceramic tint is truly an excellent product. VERY good heat reduction I've notice inside my car on these hot hot summer days. Definitely would recommend their service, but be mindful of your time in case it isn't a 'quick' pickup.

Update: My review reflects my actual customer experience reaching out to your shop. Declining to process my insurance claim due to your higher shop rates meant you couldn't help me through my policy, and your cash quote was significantly higher than competitors. I took my business elsewhere and paid out of pocket for a mobile installer who came right to my driveway and did a fantastic job at a fair rate.
