I couldn't find a menu online for them, but I do have a photo of it on the side of their truck. I got their ribs & dirty Mac n' cheese - the Mac includes bbq sauce & pulled pork! It was complete heaven! Their sides will take you back to dinner at your grandmama's with those flavorful sides !!! My only suggestion for this establishment would be to build a better online appearance, post pics of your food & add a menu! The owner greeted us and said welcome back. There were YouTube videos being played on TV screens around. 80s and 90s music...can't complain at all. After looking through the menu for a bit, I chose the buffalo chicken fries. It's actually an appetizer dish, but I actually got full before finishing. Also, we had a long wait for food because they actually ran out of steak that was prepped and so they had to prep more and grill it up for the burrito. My friend got the OG burrito which he thought was good, but was a little soggy from the juice from the chicken. It was my first time at Makers Craft so idk if they're the resident food truck or if there are different food trucks everyday. Regardless, get them while you can! I got the wings and fries combo and they were super good! The fries were really addicting and the wings tasted great, super tender, not dry at all and had a lot of taste! 10/10 would recommend. And they have a pretty good reputation from foodies and food truck fanatics alike. Let's see if this selection hits my taste buds just right. For ordering, I just walked up to the front of the truck with not too long of a line and was greeted promptly by the staff, which consisted of only two people. Both were pretty busy with customers taking orders and cooking the food, but ran very efficiently with a pretty good vibe. Call it a food truck operating at full speed. The menu was in front for everyone to see. Inside, it looked very organized with pizza boxes on top of the oven as well. And in front, napkins, condiments and desserts in place. Not too clunky at all. My order was ready in about 15 minutes. I selected their 10" pickle bacon ranch pizza. Truly delicious. There was a lot of pickles and bacon on top along with ranch drizzle. And the crust had a bit of a crunch. I actually let Sophia eat half of my order and she enjoyed it too. Great pizza to go with some beer. Definitely can't beat that. A friend and I went to Sly Clyde, and they were there...perfect timing. The breakfast sandwich was heavenly. One thing they didn't do was skimp on the bacon. Bacon is the star of the breakfast sandwich and not the egg, okay?!! Clear?!? My friend had the chicken and waffle sandwich with this spicy and tangy dip. My friend absolutely loved the sandwich, and I'm shocked I got a picture in because he was grubbin'!!! I can't wait to go back soon, and I get to be reunited with that sandwich, because it was absolutely amazing, and hit the spot with an iced cold cider. I saw a lot of people ordering the chicken itself, so next time I plan on trying a few more things on their menu because I just know I'm missing out on so many more yummy items.
