I asked for additional cups of water (eating with my three kids) and was directed to a table of filthy glasses and a drink dispenser of room temperature tap(!) water (see attached picture). Also, it wouldn't be a big deal otherwise, but having to transfer the food from the disposable takeout containers to the dining ware isn't helping the ambience. One last nice-to-have would have been a...erm...less...authentic (i.e. non-spicy) kids' option. Too spicy for li'ls.
