I was impressed. I could not get my laptop complete loading to the log on screen which prompted my second visit. The harddrive was failing but they were able to recover some important data. The cloud backup had not recorded anything for the past 5 years so although I was glad I got some of that data, getting the recent data was very important to me. Although I struggled to find the recent data, they were finally able to steer me directly to it. I was SO RELIEVED. They replaced my hard drive with one with lesser capacity but still plenty large. I got all my data back and the new drive, and even though I had to follow up a couple more times to get to the data, the cost was most reasonable. I would recommend Lightning Repair highly. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years.
