The customer service person answered the phone quickly but wasn't the most helpful initially. I uploaded a logo to their website on Tuesday and paid for my order. Later that day, I received the proof for my order. I didn't receive any additional confirmation from them after approving my order. On Thursday, I called them and they said the order was ready for pick up. The pick up was smooth. I have a small car so it was a pit difficult to get the sign in but it worked. More communication throughout the process would've been helpful (even an automated email when my order was complete). Overall, the sign was great and cheaper than other places in my area and we will have it for many years to come.
