The quality of his work is something that is hard to find these days. I 100% recommend hiring Mario. He was the most responsive from the initial contact and continued through the day of the job. This was a job to repatch my shower ceiling, which property management and their team's initial work left me with a lot of concerns. Joe was very thorough and called me to ask questions about the pictures I uploaded to better understand the situation and had suggested that I save my money since the "repair" was just done, but for the sake of peace of mind, I asked that he redo the work property management didn't do correctly. Joe was ready to go on the day of the job and arrive early, inspected the scope of work once more, and made one last attempt at having me save my money by holding off but I insisted on moving forward. He showed me the area he worked on (my area of concern) before closing it up. Before I knew it, he was done with the job and even took care of the painting for me that I spent several days overthinking how'd I shower if primed and painted it after I got off work instead. Job well done and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if I needed work done.
