Robbery - plain and simple. I hired Absolutely Clean for maid service in a small kitchen (with no stove), and a small bathroom. Only exterior surfaces were cleaned, no cabinets. Neither room was in bad condition, a total of ~100SqFt. $255.84 to clean these two small rooms. The company claims it took them nearly 6.5 "man hours," which is insane. I could have easily done the same job in an hour, but chose a maid service for the convenience. I've had entire houses cleaned better for a quarter of the cost. I was at work during the cleaning, so I have no idea when they were actually there. They claimed an 8am arrival, when I made the appointment for a 10am-noon arrival. Multiple phone calls finally got me to the lady in charge of billing - she was completely unwilling to offer any explanation or work with me on the charges. She simply said "well, I'm sorry you feel that way." I honestly have no idea how these people are in business. Nearly $300 to wipe surfaces and clean a shower, two small rooms that weren't in bad condition. I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and posting reviews on every social media outlet that I'm able to. My hope is that no one else gets ripped off by these thieves. read more

We were hosting an event and welcoming a large number of people into our home. We have a typical busy household consisting of three children under the age of 8 and two full time working adults. We were in a bit of a panic of how we were going to pull off having our house looking spic-n-span in time. Needless to say, Absolutely Clean to the rescue! I left a message which was quickly returned. They were extremely friendly, helpful and very flexible in fitting me into their busy schedule. The deep cleaning process was thoroughly explained to me and each and every question I had was answered. They even refereed me to a carpet cleaning service (which we used and they were wonderful as well). By the end of the day, the deep cleaning was taking a little longer than expected. I was notified and arrangements were quickly made about the cleaners returning the next day to finish. I was a little worried as the carpets were to be cleaned the following day as well. To my ease, Absolutely Clean contacted the carpet cleaners and worked out the times with them, etc. How fantastic is that?! Our house looked absolutely AMAZING! They cleaned everything floor to ceiling! Ceiling fans, base boards, walls, inside of the microwave, blinds... the list goes on and on! The sense and smell of cleanliness when we walked into the door after everything was said and done was unbelievable! If you're in the market for a monthly, bi-monthly, weekly or even a deep clean, Absolutely Clean is a must! read more

If I could give a ZERO I would. Sadly I had an extremely unpleasant experience with Absolutely Clean. I was sooooo excited to have this done...almost giddy. Initially it was hard to get calls back to schedule the appointment. The OWNER sent me an email which was completely rude but I overlooked that since the Sales Manager was a freakin' delight. For a deep clean of my condo it took them an outrageous amount of time to do a piss poor job of even a regular cleaning. They missed so many things. I took pictures to show these items and sent them to Absolutely Clean. The Sales Manager was very upset about what she saw...the OWNER apparently was not. They provided an absolutely absurd total cost for this "cleaning". They stated they cleaned under the boys bed, picked up toys...nope and nope. Allllllllll toys, cupboard items and decor was removed PRIOR to the appointment. They said they cleaned 3 containers of cat litter.............ummmmmmm there was only ONE EMPTY cleaned out storage container and the litter boxes were not even in the house or a cleaning area. They were suppose to clean window tracks....they did one window. They said they cleaned base boards....not so much. There was dust left, areas in the bathrooms missed, pretty much every corner in the house was missed. I will give them kudos that my refrigerator does look amazing. You would think a locally owned business would have wonderful customer service...in this case that did NOT happen. Again the staff and Sales Manager were lovely to work with. The OWNER was beyond rude, condescending and does not run her business in a favorable fashion. At the end I asked for a refund. She would not. She was actually going to charge me to have the ladies come back to actually do their job. The Sales Manager finally offered to have the ladies come out for free. Butttt again I would have to leave my house for an extended period of time. So beyond frustrating. I can't stress enough how disgusting of an experience this was. Normally I would not provide this feedback on social media but I have never had such an inappropriate and unprofessional experience. I would normally think "oh they must be having bad day" and not think much of it. This was dayssssss and multiple communications. So no. They get no pass from me. read more

Based on the one outstanding review, I called and scheduled an initial appointment for today. Not only did they NOT show up, they didn't answer when I called, nor did they give me a follow-up call after I left a message. Needless to say, I will not be giving them my business. But they did sound good over the phone when I made the appointment. On this one I have to say, Buyer Beware. read more

I called to schedule a cleaning for a friend that lives in the area as a gift. The staff was very friendly on the phone and quoted me a general cleaning. Cleaners showed up, confirmed with my friend the details of the cleaning and got right to work. My friend was so happy with the cleaning and the attention to detail. read more

For the prices they charge for a deep clean, you are better off finding a company that actually performs as advertised. I contracted them to come out and clean prior to having family arrive in town. After they left I found myself needing to: *Washing part of my kitchen floor *Washing the light fixtures over the kitchen table *Washing the lights over the stove *Washing the lights over the dining room table *Wiping down half the cabinets in my kitchen *Vacuuming up debris left under the dining room table All of which was supposed to be covered in the deep clean. They offered to come back 2 days later to get what they missed, however, they shouldn't have even needed to make that offer. read more

Very pleased with Absolutely Clean. Very professional. I love coming home after cleaning day. They are so good to our pets too.

They only care about the short-term gain, not the long-term customer. Was charged 15% fee for refund after I told them I needed to cancel. I never signed anything that stated this fee. I do not recommend them read more
