Green Spotless Cleaning

I hired Green Spotless Cleaning to clean my 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom condo. It was a "move-out"…read morecleaning job so I wanted a thorough cleaning. I read the owner's description of her cleaning business on her website and was impressed to read that this was a local woman-owned business. I admired that she advertised that each one of her employees is "a highly trained professional with a keen eye for detail". Not only that, but they advertised using "chemical free organic cleaning products". I was quoted a price of $240-260 for my cleaning job but because I believed it would be worth it for the exceptional service they were advertising I scheduled an appointment. The communication was efficient and consistent so initially I was very impressed. Today when the "professional crew" arrived I met up with a polite young man who had no cleaning equipment. I mentioned to him that I wasn't expecting a man and he replied that he was just here to help his sister clean and she was in the car. I showed him around the apartment and told him what I expected. He came back with his sister, a cheap little vacuum, a jug of Zep cleaner a can of Easy off oven cleaner, some other non-organic spray cleaners, a mop and a broom! They cleaned as directed for 3.5 hrs and they did a decent job. Was it the professionally trained "cleaning crew" that was promised? Definitely not! Did they use all 100% organic products as advertised? Absolutely not! Did I feel like the cleaning service was worth the $260 that I paid ... No it was not.

I hired them for a deep clean of a home that I am getting ready to sell and hasnt been occupied in…read more4 months. Their website does not accurately describe their company at all. They are not "professional cleaners", they do not use organic, "green", cleaning products. Two women showed up in their suv in leggings, old tshirts and house shoes unloading their supplies. The supplies included Zep, Lysol, Comet, and other chemicals. They got to work cleaning and 2.5 hrs later and $300 there was still dust on the window sills and surfaces, I moved the trash can in the kitchen and it hadn't been cleaned. Ceiling fans still had dust as well. I came to the house 3 days after the cleaning to check on the house, as I normally do, and noticed water coming for under the deep freezer. They had unplugged the deep freezer and never plugged it back in. I have lost hundreds of dollars of meat/frozen food. I called Sharon and explained it and she said they never would have done that, they wouldn't have cleaned the deep freeze. Besides her not listening to me, they definitely did unplug the deep freezer to plug in their vacuum. She basically didn't believe me and I'm out the $300 for a subpar cleaning job and hundreds in meat. Do yourself a favor a hire a real professional company.
