After I raised concerns about the quality of the work, no meaningful resolution was offered. Instead, communication escalated into repeated threats directed at me, my family, and my property following my honest review. That conduct is documented and reported to law enforcement as we have feared for our safety from this woman. I maintain that the work performed did not meet the agreed-upon expectations, and I have photo and video documentation from the dates of service that support my account. This review is not fabricated or misleading -- it reflects my actual experience as a customer. All invoices were paid in full, including instances where I was charged for services I believe were not performed. Since this dispute began, Kim has publicly encouraged others to post reviews about my experience and has attempted to have my reviews removed using information she fraudulently created. Kim has focused on nothing but harassment over me leaving an honest reviews. I was looking to have some help cleaning as I am caregiver to Mom, and work from home too. My neighbor uses Cedar Cleaners. It worked out well for us both, and she comes for my neighbor and goes right across the hall for me! She did a very thorough job our first time, and each visit after she has been fast and efficient. She is really a nice person, friendly and I have let her just work and get it done, or chatted with her while she was working. Either way I was provided with excellent service, and a job well done. Kim is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. She is verbally abusive, talks down to you as if you are the biggest moron in the world and she is perfect in every way. She uses her autism as an excuse for her bad behavior. I know several autistic people and none of them act as this (fill in the blank) does. I don't have a word to describe her. Cleaning was to be a simple and uncomplicated. Wash a few walls down and clean some blinds. She gave a time frame of what it would take to get this job done, and then called to say she needed more money for the job because my house was "exceeding filthy" and that it would be double what she quoted, as she had to clean so much filth away before actually being able to start the cleaning process. How does that make any sense? My home is pretty much immaculate, except for the dusty blinds and walls that do not get cleaned on a regular basis. She is very unprofessional. She is right about everything, regardless of what is being said. Your feelings do not matter. If you tell her "no" or go against anything she believes in, she will jump up one side of you and down the other. You have to agree she is right or she makes your life a living hell. She will troll you on social media. She will drive by your home and threaten you. She will threaten your kids. People, please do not get involved with this company. My brother had several issues with this cleaner when he hired her for his rental property: 1. She quoted a price, but the invoice was more than double without any explanation for the extra costs. My brother paid it to avoid further dealings with her. Additionally, she did not complete several tasks listed in the contract, requiring us to hire another service to finish the job. 2. She fabricated stories about the house being haunted to sell a service where she hires a "priest" to cleanse the home for $100. When my brother offered to have his own priest come over, she insisted her priest was more knowledgeable. 3. She used excessive water on the wood floors, causing warping in one of the bedrooms. 4. If confronted about any issues, she would threaten to have friends come over to "talk some sense into you" or threaten legal action. My brother is 82 years old, and I believe this young lady was trying to take advantage of his age. I live out of state, otherwise, I would have handled this myself. Please avoid this cleaner at all costs. She pretends to be professional and knowledgeable, but she is the opposite. There are much better cleaners in the area.
