Glenn Hollis of FOUNDATION PROFESSIONALS OF FLORIDA, drove 3hrs for our appointment. Our home's…read more30foot long E wall had a lot of visible block-mortar lines and 'shadows - like looking at a map on the wall of the block shapes and mortar lines and paths- but NOT ONE CRACK. This knowledgeable and kind pro (w a solid engineering background) explained this was not a stairstep cracking situation (again, NO CRACKS). But rather the well-worn dull flat paint film was revealing what was underneath. Differing expansion and contraction rates of the three 'actors in the play' {blocks, stucco and mortar} was causing what we saw... resulting in it all being so visible (the mortar paths and block shapes). But AGAIN.. NO cracks. The solution? A properly applied high quality elastomeric paint would protect this E wall and essentially serve to bind it all together, on top of it all. We had bought the house in 2020 and it had been freshly painted but w a rather thin contractor-grade latex.. which hid these otherwise visible patterns (nothing dishonest on part of the sellers.. they just painted the house is all). Wow! Nobody out for our hard-earned $$ here,, no siree! [Another company, Stable Foundations (Ft White FL), had also been out and was recommending 6 helical piers to amount of some $11 to $13 thousand dollars. One relevant factor here (in their defense) in this glaring difference of recommendations is, I believe, experience and knowledge. But there IS the solid fact of zero cracks; just visible mortar and block patterns due to the faded thin paint film in need of updating]. Well which one would YOU trust and put your confidence in for having your best interests in 1st place? I know my wife and I place our trust and confidence in FOUNDATION PROFESSIONALS OF FLORIDA and we are very grateful to their well-qualified representative Mr. Glenn Hollis, for his honesty and integrity, and taking the time to educate us so we are able to understand what we are seeing Thank you FPofFL, and Glenn Hollis

Most reliable job and highest materials quality in the industry (galvanized helical piles, clay…read moregrout, etc.). Mr. David went the extra mile delivering as he promised, and he was able to save the sinking foundation of my home. The job was done thoroughly and carefully with proper architectural drawings, city permits, and external quality control inspection. I had received quotes from 3 competitor companies and their quality of products and pricing was disssapointing. Foundation Repair Solutions is highly recommended, above all other competitors.

They were friendly and thorough and kept us up to date on their progress throughout the process. We are very happy with the way the driveway turned out. We'd definitely recommend him for any concrete job!

A friend recommended this company to deal with my driveway after years of water erosion removed…read moremost of the dirt from beneath it. They removed the cracked and broken (and too narrow) slab, replaced the collapsed drainage culvert on a new footer, added fill, graded/compacted the site, then poured/finished the new concrete. In addition to the replacing and widening the main slab, they also replaced a part of my sidewalk which had cracked due to the same soil erosion. Their team of four were onsite for three days with additional staff helping during the pour. It was amazing to see them work tirelessly in 90 degree weather. These guys are professional, skilled and incredibly resilient. There was a one day pause in activity as the city inspectors came by to inspect the work in process and it passed without any complications. Now three days later, my new driveway is spacious and beautiful. Next year, I will be hiring Sam and his team again to lift and fill my sagging back porch and maybe add a pad for my trash cans. In terms of value, Sam's bid was among the lowest that I acquired beforehand and the absolute lowest for an all inclusive solution. ( I had one person beat Sam's price but only if I would personally handle all of the city paperwork and permitting. ) Sam's people took care of all of that hassle and expedited the city approval process with admirable skill. Throughout the process, they cleaned up each night and on the final day, installed new sod along both sides of the slab and over the extended culvert. I have no complaints and feel very lucky to have chosen the right team for this job!

This might be a little long, but, I wanted to make sure that I hit every thing I wanted too. I also…read morewanted to say that I am a widow, and I am a woman. As a woman and/or a widow, we are ALWAYS afraid of being taken advantage of because this kind of "stuff" is usually out of our realm and we feel uncomfortable making these kind of decisions. Feeling vulnerable for sure!! So THAT'S where I was at when I made my 1st call to schedule an estimate. Ryan Parker came out to do the estimate and he was AMAZING!!! Patient with all of my questions and repeating them when I asked again because I didn't understand. He would reword the answers so I could understand some things better as well. He made me feel comfortable and treated me like he would his own mother. Or at least I felt like that. He was there for about an hour and a half or so, measuring on the inside and outside and using tools on the outside as well. It was a full on inspection as to what was going on, and, in which part of the house. And for Free!! If I said, no thank you, still no cost. But I KNEW I had a serious problem, I just needed to understand exactly what is was, how to fix it and to feel like I was safe with whom I was trusting this with. Both structurally for my house and financially for me! And I did!!! It started with Ryan. Then on the day of installation of the piers (or beams as I call them- lol) Josh, Rickey and Antoine came out. They were equally amazing in making me feel comfortable in what was going on. They took me to the trailer that had all the equipment on it and showed me what they were and explained how they will be placed in the ground and then attached to the foundation. They let me take pictures of them when I asked and I even got to watch them put one in the ground. Made me feel like I was part of the process and not just the "payer". It helped me understand a lot better of what Ryan was saying during the initial visit. I found it all intriguing. Josh, Rickey and Antoine were super great and they worked wonderful together! They were also able to close up my stepping cracks pretty good and lifted that one corner about 2 inches!! I was very impressed!! They even found a spot that wasn't on my original plan that needed some attention either now or pretty soon. My front column was starting to move away from the house. I could visibly see that once he pointed it out to me!! Paint was even missing due to the moving of the column!!! I said yes, please, let's fix it while you are here! He even called GreenSky (their finance people that they use I guess. Not as good of a review for them. I didn't find them friendly or helpful) BUT, Josh called them and got everything squared away for me so we could add it on to what they were already doing!! They cleaned up nicely when they were done as well. I was VERY pleased with the crew (Josh, Rickey and Antoine)! I had just one more step in this process and that is to repair my sidewalk and driveway that was also moved or slanted and cracked from the shifting of my house. Jordan and Hector came out to repair this phase of the project. And like the others that came out this far, impeccable!!! Jordan and Hector introduced themselves, asked if I had any questions and then explained to me what they will be doing. I watched them do that as well because it was the foam stuff they'd shoot under the concrete and I wanted to see how that worked too!! Pretty neat!!! I asked if he could do a couple extra areas that were trip hazards for me while he was there and he said absolutely. Once again I had to call GreenSky, and had difficulties, and he was extremely patient and helped me with them as well!! He needed to come back to remove and then repair some concrete to fix an area of the garage that was sunk and when he did I asked him if he could repair some of the concrete repair that Josh's crew had done because it had rained and got messed up a bit and he said of course!!! Not upset or annoyed that I asked at all!! Jordan was very accommodating with any request I had had. Customer's wants and needs were high priority for him and it showed! When he came back out to fix all the concrete he needed to do, he sent me pictures of it and it looked beautiful!! He did a fantastic job AND he even texted me the next day to see if I was happy or if I needed anything else looked at or addressed. I am telling you, I went into this job scared, nervous and overwhelmed!! But they were ALL just AMAZING!!!!! Very kind, patient and knowledgeable in their field!!!! I couldn't of been in better hands anywhere else!! So if you are debating about calling them, DON'T!! I hope I don't ever have to call them again, but if I do need their service again......... in a heart beat!!!! Thanks guys!!!

They refunded 100% of our deposit since we didn't know if our home would be torn down or repaired. We have since begun the repair process and decided to move forward with the encapsulation.
