There is no expansion joint in the slab, and it is pitched towards the house so now rain water collects and pools up against our home and the new retaining wall. We asked for it to be fixed and when they came back they somehow made it even worse. The backside of the retaining wall is not sealed and half of the footer is above the grade of the pad. The window sills on our fill-in are not level. When they started the window cut out they didn't prep and filled our entire home with concrete dust. The bricks for our window cut out were not removed and replaced properly to match the other side of our home. Sam smelled of booz on the second afternoon of the project, buried his truck in our yard, and we are still finding cigarette butts, concrete remnants all over our yard from his workers. A truly awful experience.
