He was on time within his window, and discovered the tank was full. He pumped the tank then and there and provided a lot of education to us as new to septic systems. He also helped me find the correct enzymes needed to get my system right. He ordered the part we needed and had it the next day. Still need to get that part installed, but the rest was great. My only issue is he doesn't take anything but cash or check and I had to pay for the part and labor upfront, which I found unusual. I prefer to pay by card as protection for all parties involved.
