If I need to ask for a favor when I have visitors and I am away, I know my guests are in excellent hands, their keys will be hand delivered, and the place will be cleaned before they arrive and after they leave. Meg is very professional, does great work, is honest, and always does what she said she would do. There is never a time where I felt like I was not getting my money worth. The concierge services they offer are amazing too. For example, during hurricane season when I am away I pay Meg to keep an eye on my place and make sure there are no problems. If my central air has problems Meg will wait for the service people to fix the central air unit. I had a water pipe burst in my master bathroom. If Meg did not look in all the rooms I would have had a huge mold issue. I cannot attend to all the little issues that may arise from my house or when I am traveling. Even the neighbors gave us a heads up about how ridiculous they conduct 'business' after we moved in. They lack communication between themselves and are frustrating to deal with. They use texting as a main form of communication which is fine but contradict themselves in the treads regarding almost everything. As a renter I will be sure not to rent any properties in the future from these people and as a past home owner/future home owner I would never let them manage my properties.
