I called to visit their store, which was listed on Google as Absolute piano in Brooklyn. The man who picked up the phone said that the store is open. When I arrived, I called again saying I couldn't locate the store and the same man answered to me in an incredibly rude manner. It turns out they are the same as Beethoven piano in midtown Manhattan and they closed their Brooklyn location, which is named Absolute piano. Confusing and disorganized. The man acted really aggressive towards me when I questioned why there wasn't any clarify on the naming and store hours because I had to go all the way to the Brooklyn location only to be disappointed. 0 star for customer service and culture for such upscale piano pricing! I have been to 5 stores and this is the only bad apple. read more
