I went back up to the front fifteen minutes later and waited another couple minutes. I was told this group of three was waiting. I calmly mentioned I had asked fifteen minutes earlier. The older group said they could use the chairs. The younger employee who had arrived was calm, but Nick walked back and said you walked away so you lost your spot. I calmly said why not use a list or pagers or texts if there is a wait. He said it has only ever been a problem with you. This a hole actually then threatened to call the cops on me. I had not even raised my voice. At the very end as I was leaving I did flip him off because I was completely flabbergasted. I have never been treated worse in my life by a customer service representative. All the guy had to do was say I am sorry. He could have done a million things to not escalate what for the most part was a very calm situation. In my humble opinion, Nick should not have a role facing customers. The gym should train their employees better, and if waits are a common issue, use a queue of some sort to keep things fair and not waste people's time and happiness.

I started a membership here and was told my Partner could come with me whenever i worked out at no…read morecharge. i was also told they would need a membership by other staff so i requested to start her a membership and was told i do not need one. we proceeded to start a membership for me and i tried to set up direct payments to avoid the extra 100 or so in fees they wanted to charge. as well as a contract however Their system was having issues and Leigha could not figure out a way around it. so i ended up having to pay the extra 100 plus another 50 in start up fees. after going to the gym 3 times all at night we noticed their was constant litter / wipes left on the ground and by the 4th day we went their was a sign. the sign said you are trespassing if you do not have a member ship and they will press charges. i clarified with staff and this meant i could not bring my partner to the gym she needed her own membership now. after being told multiple things on the different rules/ policies and now seeing how small the gym was we decided to move to another gym. I cancelled over 2 weeks ago and i am still getting charges. They even texted me to say they were sad to see me go. But they sure dont mind taking my money. for reference i have gone to anytime fitness gyms located across the country and none have told me i couldnt bring a partner and they were all at least twice as large as this location with newer equipment and they cost less at the time of my memberships. hands down WORST anytime fitness location. i have now paid close to 200 dollars for 4 days at the gym. i am also used to a 4 or 7 day free pass to try out anytime locations as ive experienced in the past. not here. After a month of no response there's an update at the bottom Now I've spoken to the manager Kim who said she would get ahold of the owners and clear things up. I emailed in and I've called and texted that I want to cancel. Now they texted me today trying to collect payments that I filed chargebacks on. They even mentioned I could be responsible for late fees. Late fees for a membership that was supposed to be cancelled. This is after already saying they were sad to see me go. I'd love for the owners to reach out but they're too busy to care about their customers it seems. 7-31 UPDATE The owner has finally reached out and refused to cancel my membership even though it has been communicated clearly that the employee miss informed us on policies that we could not see as she did not have paperwork for us to read. Now due to their under trained employee Leigha we are locked into a 2 year contract that we have only used 3 days. We will not return and they even fired Leigha after we signed up and shared what she told us. But we are now being held financially accountable for the employees faulty actions. The requirements to cancel are invasive as well as they want to speak to your doctor to confirm you cannot work out or provide evidence you live further then 10 miles which we did as we are over half an hour away and they still have not cancelled our account nor have they frozen is after we have asked dozens of times. ive spent over 12 hours handling this now and have not gotten anywhere. This is a truly awful location/company with a greedy owner who only cares about the money shes getting from the clients. not the poor experience shes giving. Lots of fake reviews and we have driven by quite often and see its almost always empty yet when we went it was always a mess with wipes on the floor, bottles strewn about and equipment that was missing parts.

The people are fantastic, the facility is fine and the only sweating I've done has been from working out, the a/c seems fine to me. There are so many different classes at so many different times, there's bound to be one just for you. As far as the music, I love it and it helps me move to keep up. There are young and old and fit and seeking to become fit people there and I've never felt judged or criticized. This is a great gym with great people, give them a chance to show you.
