The floor is cheap and creaky and has tons of bugs coming out from the boards. A perk of the poorly done floors is you can hear each and every step your up stairs neighbor take.The water pressure is awful and the water is constantly either too cold or too hot. The water completely shut off in the apartment and it took the management 24hrs to even acknowledge it. (Took two days for it to be resolved).The hot water broke and it also took 24hrs for them to acknowledge it (it's still broken as I'm typing this). Good luck with any maintenance request. It's incredibly difficult and frustrating to even get a person on the phone. Much less get actual maintenance people in. We submitted a request for maintenance, didn't hear back for 1 month. Then, they no called no showed to the appointment. Didn't hear a thing until 2 months later where they randomly showed up after the problem had been resolved BY US. This company is the worst and I wouldn't recommend signing a lease with ANY of their locations. They truly don't care about anything but money. The apartments are total shit holes, even for $1,000-1,500 apartments.

An example of the shoddy maintenance... Two months after moving into the rental home, the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and shower head were leaking. They used floss instead of plumbing tape. They do not only give shoddy maintenance to the properties they manage. They are also boorish and unpleasant to work with. If you are a homeowner, BEWARE! There are sooooo soooo soooo many more wonderful property management companies in spokane that run their business with ethics, integrity, kindness, and have problem solving mindset. Kim, the property manager, is a miserable, heartless and a complete bully/ B*tch. Reported them for discrimination and, to the better business bureau. Raised the rent by hundreds in less than 2yrs and the place still looked like a time capsule. There were zero upgrades, even after asking. There was no in unit washer/ dryer, for that price increase. And, god forbid you're ever late. My friend had a hard time paying on time, during covid, when everyone was struggling. She was given a vacate notice and was Kim was ready to kick her and her then toddler out, after living and paying rent on time for 4 years. ZERO compassion was extended. They didn't but I told them what happened and it just turns out they were looking to hire. I work here now and we are consistently helping people that are trying to get away from people like that! We have integrity, do what we say, actually answer the phone and get back to you! We offer a similar rate than the competition, and blow away anything I've seen out there. We are are a one stop shop and do not have to contract out for our owners and landlords. We solve problems and allow our Owners to have their personal time multiplied. We tried to take care of it as much as possible and did up keep on the yard etc. We had a couple of minor issues pop up along the way and they were handled with our requests. When we moved out we did a nice cleanup before we left. We had a positive experience working with them. We were blown away by the deposit check that we got back. Let me tell you I have lived in several apartments and what not but they were honestly the most fairer people when it came time to get our deposit back. We got most of our deposit back minus carpet cleaning cost which was very reasonable. Thank you Vic and Laura for taking care of us when we needed it.

"IF" you are fortunate enough for Maria take or return your phone calls, you will be met with disdain and impatience, as she makes you feel like you are intruding on her time. She never stepped foot into my property until the bitter end when it was too late, and tens of thousands of dollars in tenant damage had already been done. Then she had the gall to insist the ridiculous amount of damage was "normal wear and tear" (normal wear and tear does not cost $40K and 2 months to fix). M-T also did not take any move-in pictures, which I consider malpractice in this profession. She did not look out for our best interests and consistently appeared to be pro-tenant. The cherry on top was M-T's slow walking the transfer of docs, reports, photos, accounting, keys and overall responsibility to our new property manager. If you want someone to just collect your rent and to treat you like you're an imposition, Maria is your go-to person. Otherwise, I believe property owners should run from this company and go elsewhere...you should expect better than having to deal with someone with a chip on their shoulder who doesn't even perform their most basic responsibilities.
