Want to learn a game? They'll give you the rundown. Have some old Magic cards to sell? They'll explain the value and give you the options they can provide. Wanna play a game against the person who consistently rolls poorly? Bob's typically available, and always ready to show off his reliably poor dice rolling. These folks have brought together a community. Groups of individuals who often don't know how to interact with people, come out of their shells and become open. Opportunities to meet some fantastic individuals that would be lost elsewhere. Beyond making a sale or offering a product, there is a community of gamers who are willing to offer games, advice, trades, laughs, and friendship. I'm an unashamed gamer. Yet my family hardly knows much more about the games I play, than how to roll dice. Still, when birthdays/holidays come around, I can send them to The Gamer's Haven, confident in the knowledge that whatever they find me will be well worth the trip. Frankly, you can get most of this stuff online, or from a big-box-store at a discounted price. (Show the staff a better price, and see if they can't make your trip worthwhile) But you owe it to yourself to see what's different about The Gamer's Haven.

She explained all the features and let me take a test drive. I did not want to leave. I explained I would be using my Christmas bonus and that I would reach out to her next month to buy the chair. I purchased multiple pairs of shoes that were advertised as Cole Haan and Kurt Geiger. When I picked them up, the items were wrapped in black plastic, so I could not verify the contents. Once home, I discovered that the shoes and boxes were branded LIPHNE, not the brands advertised in the listings. My daughter also purchased a scrub set that was advertised as Allheart. The item she received was unbranded and weren't the Allheart product that was advertised. What makes this even more frustrating is that customers pay a buyer's premium on purchases, increasing the total cost beyond the winning bid price. Then, if you need to return an item, you will also be charged a restocking fee. In my opinion, customers should not be paying additional fees when the product received does not match the product that was advertised!!!!! As consumers, we rely on product descriptions, photos, and brand names when making purchasing decisions. Receiving products that do not match the advertised brand raises serious concerns about the accuracy of these listings. I have screenshots of the listings and photographs of the products received. I have contacted the company and requested a resolution. Until this issue is resolved, I would encourage anyone shopping with BuyWander to carefully inspect every purchase and compare it to the original listing before the return window expires. Consumers deserve accurate product descriptions, honest branding, transparent fees, and fair return policies.

I also suggest that you have the contract they offer to you reviewed first by an attorney. I would pay special attention to any clause that asks you to promise that neither you nor members of your family will attend the sale of your belongings. I would also ask to see the actual financial records kept during the sale, not a transcribed record. I would also suggest that you have added to the contract a stipulation that the company may not possess through any means items of yours that are not sold in the public sale, even if the company pays for them.
