Every staff member I have encountered has been welcoming, compassionate, and genuinely caring. What means the most to me is that my mother speaks only Russian and does not understand English. Royal Braintree has Russian-speaking staff who are able to communicate with her in her native language, which has made an incredible difference in her experience and quality of life. Being able to speak with the people caring for her helps her feel comfortable, understood, and at home. Before I would even enter the room, I've heard the patience, kindness, and respect they show my mother and other residents. That speaks volumes about the culture of this facility. Thank you to the entire team and leadership for creating an environment where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and like family. No bedside manner & few staff members actually had compassion. The hallways smelled like urine and it really was a sad cold environment. I felt so bad for these poor residents and their familys.
