Last week I finally got someone to answer they told me Crystal is not in but they will look at my account and find out what I need to put on my taxes. I told them it was urgent that I got the info that day since my accountant was working on my papers. The lady assured me she would call, leave a voicemessage, abs email me by the end of the day. A week later and not only did I not hear back from them but they are not answering any calls. I called, no one answered I texted, no one answered You email Chris, no response He has an assistant Laurie who will respond to emails. She mentioned in my last email " Yes, Chris knows you are expecting a call" guess what? He never called me back!!!
