After being turned away by several other companies who wanted to come the following day, I contacted Integrity. Within an hour, a technician was at my home and efficiently repaired the system. I am incredibly impressed by your prompt response, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer service. Will strongly reccomend to all my family members, My house was cold i swear i saw a pinguin go by.

I have used them twice now-once - planned and once - unplanned. First service was to clear dryer vent since it had not been done in the 8 yrs (new install) I have owned the home (my bad). David cleared it, tested the air flow and everything worked fine. Advised of a future need which would be a warranty item thus a little more cost and time to complete. Second service - 2.5 mos later late on a Friday, the dryer went into a full alert due to high pressure and shut itself off (built-in safety mechanism). I contacted the company that evening baffled as to why and when could they send someone to inspect it. They responded late that evening that David would arrive first thing Monday morning. He arrived on time - checked the airflow which was fine but the alert was still active. So David went into the crawl space to inspect the duct system and behold it was bad and dangerous (from 8 yrs ago) - flex duct which was easily 3X the length required, 2" vs 4" piping in/out of crawl space using pvc piping, compromised flex duct in the laundry room causing dust to settle around and behind the washer and dryer units - not evident in the open area. It was all incorrectly installed and ultimately dangerous to my home. I was fortunate that I had never suffered a fire. He quoted me a repair and 4 days later he was onsite resetting the whole duct system. Ran into a problem with ducting into the crawl space, dispatched a couple of his guys to come and assist and the work was done in 3 hours, space cleaned and everything tested and the alert was resolved. Pricing was acceptable. I will definitely engage them again if and when necessary. Thanks

One thing I truly appreciated: they're not pushy. They don't try to upsell or recommend unnecessary services - they focus on what's actually required. Value: Their pricing is competitive. I reached out to several air duct cleaning companies, and Bryan's estimate was right in line with the market. Local: This is subjective, but if you're in the Suwanee area, supporting a local business is definitely a plus. Quality: Bryan took the time to explain every step of the service: what he could and couldn't do, how the equipment works, what to expect, and specific considerations for our home. The communication was excellent throughout. At one point, he even showed me a filter full of mold that the previous owners had apparently installed to mask poor air quality from one of the registers - something I would have never discovered on my own. Most importantly: the final result speaks for itself. The air inside our home is noticeably cleaner - you can literally smell the difference. I'm advising to everyone to do this often (once a year, at least). Highly recommended.

Exceptional Service from Beginning to End…read more I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Isaac Adkison of TE Certified and the exceptional service he provided from our initial consultation through the completion of a significant plumbing repair at my home. I contacted TE Certified after discovering a concealed hot-water leak beneath the slab of my home. From the very first visit, Isaac stood out because of the thoroughness of his assessment, his knowledge, and the amount of time he took to help me understand what was happening and the different options available to address it. This was a major repair decision for me, and rather than rushing me toward a particular solution, Isaac carefully explained the advantages, disadvantages, uncertainties, and long-term considerations associated with each option. Over the days that followed, I had many questions--and I mean many! Isaac answered every one of them with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and detail. He never made me feel as though I was asking too much or taking up too much of his time. When I needed clarification about specific items on the estimates, how the proposed reroute would work, the existing plumbing, freeze concerns, accessibility, restoration, or the potential for future issues, he consistently responded with thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me just as much was his honesty. When there were things he could not know with absolute certainty until the walls were opened or the existing piping was further evaluated, he said so. I greatly appreciated that. I never felt pressured or given false assurances simply for the sake of making a sale. When I ultimately asked Isaac what he would recommend as the best long-term solution for my particular home, he gave me a clear professional recommendation and thoroughly explained his reasoning. That gave my family and me the confidence we needed to proceed with rerouting the hot- and cold-water lines to the kitchen through conditioned interior space. On the day of the work, that same level of professionalism continued. After locating the plumbing manifold beside the refrigerator, Isaac made an extremely clean and precise opening in the drywall, preserving the piece so that it could be neatly replaced afterward. As the routing plan developed, he initially proposed one solution, but when I expressed concern about how it would affect the appearance and countertop area of the kitchen, he listened to my concerns and was completely receptive to exploring an alternative route I suggested. He evaluated it carefully and determined that the new lines could instead be routed behind the refrigerator and stove and through the lower cabinetry to the sink. The result exceeded my expectations. Isaac, with the assistance of Reeves, completed the work with tremendous care and attention to detail. The new lines were insulated, neatly routed and securely installed, and the workmanship throughout was exceptionally clean and organized. They protected the surrounding areas while working, treated the home with care, and left the kitchen looking virtually unchanged despite the extent of the plumbing work that had been completed. You would never know from looking at the finished kitchen that such a significant reroute had taken place. Most importantly, after the new lines were installed and the water was restored, Isaac checked the water meter to verify the result. The meter was no longer moving. After dealing with the stress of a concealed leak and having to keep the hot water shut off, seeing that meter remain still--and knowing the leak had finally been resolved--was an enormous relief. Another thing I greatly respect is that the project remained at the best-case estimate I had authorized: $2,915. There were opportunities throughout this process for the scope or cost to increase, but Isaac remained transparent about the work that was actually necessary and completed the agreed-upon repair accordingly. There is a difference between someone who simply knows how to perform a trade and someone who combines technical expertise with integrity, communication, patience, problem-solving, respect for the homeowner, and genuine pride in his work. In my experience, Isaac demonstrated all of those qualities. I also want to recognize Reeves for his assistance in completing the work so carefully and efficiently. Together, they did an immaculate job. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with a costly repair in an area outside of your own expertise, it is incredibly important to feel that you can trust the person advising you. Isaac earned that trust. He did not just repair a plumbing problem; he helped me understand it, thoughtfully walked me through a difficult decision, listened to my concerns, and ultimately delivered a solution that I feel very confident about. I am genuinely grateful that Isaac was the plumber assigned to m

Since I posted a review on Google, he sent several fresh insulting and text messages to my partner. Since I understood that the ducts in my house might be old and need to be replaced, rather than go with the previous company I used, I found Dynasty Ducts. I called this company and asked them to come and clean my ducts. They tried to end the call without mentioning the cost, but after asking told me that the cleaning would be $200-300 and that was the only charge ever mentioned. First the person coming to clean my ducts called me 45 minutes before a 2 hour window, at 8:15 AM. When the duct cleaner pulled up, he didn't introduce himself and mumbled as he followed me into the house staring at me, as though I should know where to begin. After I asked him if he wanted to start inside or out, he began. After several minutes, he informed me that my ducts were of a type that can't be cleaned and they would need to replace them. When I went to ask questions, he just shoved a paper in my face, loudly speaking about code in an incoherent fashion. He followed this up by telling me that he needs to cut a hole in the lower ceiling and/or upper floor to replace the duct. When I tried to explain to him that that was unnecessary as the duct is not between floors, he began speaking louder over me to tell me I was wrong and the only place the duct could be was between the floors. After he got tired of talking over me and not answering any questions, he called his manager who never actually spoke to me despite being told twice that he was on speakerphone. Insultingly, he spoke only to his employee who then relayed it to me. While on speakerphone. The best part of the in-person interactions is that after they informed me that they aren't going to clean the ducts and would have to replace them by unnecessarily ripping my house apart, he then informed me that there was a $50 fee for coming out. This was never expressed prior to this, the only pricing ever mentioned by the company/owner were for the cleaning itself. Had this owner asked a few simple follow-up questions then they would not have come out here, e.g. asked what kind of ducting is already installed to see if it can be cleaned. My partner tried to call and complain about the service. Rather than being apologetic and calm, the owner continuously talked over her every time she attempted to talk. She informed him that the call was over and hung up. He immediately tried to call back, but was ignored. The real fun begins after this, when he began texting directly. I've included screenshots below of both sides of the conversation. As you can see he starts out with calling previous companies a "scam" and closing with a vague "that is on your karma." My partner returned a message already talking about how we know codes change, things might need to be replaced and we were open to that, but wanted better service than over-talk and being ignored. He then threw me under the bus, saying I don't understand codes, despite me asking questions and trying to explain to them both (the worker whose name is still unknown and the owner) that ripping the house up was unnecessary. He then devolved into condescension and talking down as though we hadn't already both tried to talk to him about these actual codes. My partner sent another message explaining, again, that the problem is not the codes and that it needs to be replaced, but that the "customer service" we received was very poor and that was our issue. He was then told the conversation was over. Despite this, he decided to send another text. In this one, he offered to refund the arbitrary $50 fee IF AND ONLY IF I didn't post a review. I did not accept his offer, as I feel more people should see this and understand exactly how he came to have such high reviews despite such awful service.
