What I got was ground tuna that had a crust and it was pretty much raw-- no flavor. I took maybe 4 bites with a little sauce and then I got a whiff of a fishy smell and had to stop eating it. I should have said something to the waitress but I thought I was too picky!I know people like creamy coleslaw but too much mayo!! Gulf Stream needs to update their tuna entree to describe what you will actually be served!! I will go back but will stick with the salads.

Even on a midweek evening, the restaurant was buzzing, and the staff noted it gets significantly busier as the weekend approaches. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between upscale and casual comfort. While the entire staff is welcoming, the bartenders truly steal the show. They are incredibly attentive, managing to provide lightning-fast service to bar guests while flawlessly crafting drinks for the main dining room. The menu offers an excellent surf-and-turf mix, catering to both adventurous diners and those seeking elevated casual classics like burgers and sandwiches. I opted for the Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, which were excellent. Seared beautifully on both sides to highlight the crispy breadcrumbs, they were packed with fresh, generous portions of crab. The serving size is incredibly filling; honestly, a single crab cake could easily make a meal. When I wasn't thrilled with my initial choice of coleslaw, the bar staff didn't skip a beat, swiftly swapping it out for a side of delicious whipped potatoes. I'm surprised Gulfstream wasn't on my radar sooner, but it is a superb spot with a great vibe and a friendly crowd. I learned it's part of a larger, highly regarded restaurant portfolio, and I will definitely be back to explore the rest of the menu. I suggest that you make a reservation or arrive before 5:00 PM to snag a prime seat at the bar! Enjoy.

There is no place in Orange County that you will have the cocktails and service that you get from Brandon. It is a privilege to drink his creations and passion for hospitality. I do not say this lightly. It is why the phrase "a hidden gem" was forged. In my case not to use lightly. The food is great and overshadowed by the ambiance and comfort and complexity of his creative drinks. Manager always coming in to check also a plus on the restaurant overalll service.

It wasn't terrible, and we didn't leave thinking the food was awful, but for what the experience seems like it should have been it was not great. The signature cocktails are really nothing special and cost a lot. I personally had the Blood Orange Sour and might as well have just made my own whiskey sour at home and saved $17. We reserved a table outside and the atmosphere was nice and seats were comfortable. We're not sure if it was because we were sat in the far corner or they were understaffed, but the service was very slow, and even getting our card back after we paid took at least 10 minutes. Finally, the food was fine, aside from one of the salmon entrees coming out VERY rare. The restaurant ended up comping this dish for us. If you're looking for a nice night out with great food and drinks, there are plenty of more satisfying options for m Orange County that will be far better, and also cost you less than CDM.

He asked me to take off my sunglasses so he could see who he was talking to. At that point, he already looked unhappy and had an attitude. I didn't think too much about it, so I took off my sunglasses. Maybe I was nervous, or maybe I thought making eye contact would be more polite. However, his tone when answering me was very harsh and unfriendly, and his attitude only became more aggressive. At the same time, he lectured me, telling me that bringing my own bottle for refilling is actually illegal and unhygienic. He gave me his business card and told me to look it up online and order there, saying he didn't need to explain further. After I left, I felt very uncomfortable emotionally. First of all, I kept asking myself why I even listened to him and took off my sunglasses. His attitude was intimidating and made me feel uneasy. Especially when I asked whether this was a chain store (Olive Press), he became even more agitated and responded by asking me, "Do all hamburger places look the same?" I later checked the reviews, and most of the one-star reviews describe experiences very similar to mine, not complaints about the quality of the olive oil. The owner will probably respond to my review. I only want to share what I experienced and how it made me feel. This kind of attitude can be frightening to other women who are shopping alone. I simply wanted to buy healthy oil, but your behavior genuinely scared me.
