I was so grateful to have this company's service that I couldn't resist leaving a review. During the time that we received this company's service Ms.Ballard was very kind and prepared. She was very consistent and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my grandmother had everything she needed throughout the day. She even took her to every doctors appointment which we were thankful for. She handled her with so much care as she communicated with us . Her communication was on point. Anytime We asked for extra services she was able to include it in our contract. Overtime it began to feel like she was family. Ms.Ballard even volunteered to help us prep meals on holidays and make the holidays feel special to our grandmother with her ability to decorate. She would sit and talk to our grandmother for hours so that she wouldn't have to feel alone. As far as her daily tasks she was always earlier than expected and completed tasks before we asked her to. Her professionalism was amazing. Ms.Ballard never made negative comments. She was always so kind and nurturing. After our grandmother passed we thanked Ms.Ballard for her services and we created a card with our family names. She really made an impact on my grandmother's life. If you want your family to be treated with the care that you would give them I think you should choose this company!

Dr. Sudha Prasad, a family practitioner, started the clinic from scratch back in 1982. Since then, her son, Dr. Bheerendra Prasad, an internist, joined the practice in 2007. For thousands of Memphians, Dr. S. and Dr. B are their primary care physicians. The care offered is so personal that persons, who had seen Dr. Sudha Prasad as a kid, even though they have moved to northeast Shelby County or Mississippi, still come to see her. The usual amount of time doctors spend with patients is roughly 20 minutes. In fact, when I was a kid, my family never needed to buy cakes or pies, because many of my mom's patients were so kind and thankful that they baked pies and cakes for my mom. The clinic is located near the University of Memphis. The clinic accepts cash, insurance, and TennCare patients.

This morning my wife drove me to OrthoSouth in Bartlett for medical attention. However, I was denied care after being informed that the facility does not accept Tricare Prime as an insurance provider. When I asked if I could pay out-of-pocket, I was further informed that OrthoSouth only accepts payment through insurance and therefore could not provide treatment. I find it both appalling and deeply disrespectful that a medical institution would refuse care to a military retiree under these circumstances. In my view, every medical facility in the United States should accept the insurance provided to our veterans and military retirees. To deny service to those who have honorably served--many of whom depend on Tricare Prime--is unacceptable. In fact, staff at the front desk mentioned they had turned away another veteran earlier that same day. This experience left me with the clear impression that OrthoSouth prioritizes profit over patient care. To all military veterans and retirees: OrthoSouth is not a facility you will want to rely on for medical services. Their refusal to provide care is a disservice to the 1% of us who have dedicated our lives to serving our country.
