    Unfortunately this is yet another review of a business that doesnt communicate with its customers,…read moresorry for the "bummer" so to speak. On July 19th, they recieved authorization to provide me a CPAP machine complete with enough contact information on me to easily communicate the process. On the 26th of July, I called them and they told me they didnt have the authorization and that Id have to fax it to them. I immediately faxed the COPY of the one that my HMO sent to them on the 19th. I was told on the call back that it would be 2-3 days for delivery. Today (Aug 5th) I called them after asking 3 separate times to have the person working my case to call me with an update. Finally I get the "supervisor" on the phone and she told me that soon after our first conversation (July 26th, one week after they recieved the approval to order my machine) they found they had an inventory issue and were not going to be able to provide the machine in the timeline I was told. Amazinly, she had no answer as to why I hadnt gotten a call. She then proceded to explain how they hadnt ordered my machine, and it wouldnt be here until the end of next week, almost a month after the original approval. The lack of customer service is ridiculous. Instead of getting answers as to why such a lack of communication could possibly happen, I got excuses. "Our hands are tied, theres nothing we could do, its some girl in processing's fault". This was the office supervisor I had on the phone. She was totally silent as I asked why a phone call wasnt in order. I got a positive answer to me asking if they had my contact information. And still she couldnt explain to me why the people that work with HER cant do the job theyre supposed to be doing. She did tell me it wasnt my fault............no shit sherlock! She wasnt too pleased with my inquiry as to contacat information for the owners. I proceded to let her know that the Navy (Tri-Care) will be getting copied on the email I send her boss. I plan to provide this feedback to Tri-Care, in hopes they drop At Home Medical from their program. What if it was something like an oxygen system? Or maybe something needed for a major medical issue, not just sleep apenia? I suggest that you dont use this company, its not worth something bad going down for you. They care about the money they get, apparently not who sends it. Just another reason why businesses fail, complete and total apathy. Bad form At Home, bad form...........
