Well at have used Safelite three other times and never had any issues but this was unexceptional. I'm not sure I'll ever use them again as they never offered another service choice. Service repair was scheduled and no one came? I would think twice about using this store for sure.

There was stains and spills that soap and water was not getting out. They did a fantastic job and I will definitely go back once a year. My only issue was drop off. They told me they had drop off available so I came before class. However, they meant they'll drop you off on your car. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Other than that, this place is honest and hardworking. They have great prices. I've told many people about this business.

Said they would cut glass for my window and call me. No call. I tried calling. No answer. I…read moredrove over, and two guys were standing at the desk while the phone was ringing, unanswered. One guy explained that he hadn't called, because he didn't have a piece of glass big enough. "I sure wish you had answered the phone before I drove over here," I commented (as the phone rang unanswered). "Oh yeah - I'm not sure where the secretary is" was his comment. I drove to the "right" competitor to "do it" in Murphysboro, and they cut the glass on the spot for about 2/3rds the price I was promised by the "Glass Doctor of Carterville." I won't call this place again.

Horrible service. It took them over a month to finally show up, with no communication in the…read moremeantime. Then they showed up and got the measurements, and I didn't hear from them again for another month. So I miss a call from the guy, immediately call him back, and he quotes me an outrageous price. I push back on it and let him know that I'm already unhappy with the lack of communication and he tells me that he's "not arguing with me." Well that really sent me over the edge because I wasn't arguing at that point, but I sure was after that. I went to Marion Glass and they were so professional, way cheaper, and super effective. Do yourself a favor, go to LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!
