He has curvature of the spine and has difficulty walking. The staff volunteered to hook his car up to the tow truck and bring it to the front entrance so that my dad did not have to walk out to the tow yard. Seriously? This was amazing! They are shit at communication and possibly padding charges. Awful people especially when they take what my mother says when she told them that she doesn't care what they do with my vehicle but they have my phone number and never tried to contact me.

I can't even get a tow truck driver to take it in because they're worried that will just make it worse. It's wild to me that after having my car for several days and having found several other issues, they just somehow didn't notice this.
