Was interested in getting a little door ding fixed. Contacted them online and had the option to be contacted by email which was much more convenient for me while I'm at work. Their staff blew my phone up with calls and text messages; no emails. Opposite of what I requested. If this is their service from the office staff, there was no way I was going to wait and find out what their technicians were like on my brand new car. Lack of competence and communication skills. There lifetime warranty on paint is a joke!! They fixed my car and the paint is coming off my bumper already in less than 4 years took it in and they picked out a little spot near the area and said that's what caused it took it elsewhere and they said that there was no way that it caused the paint to come off and others has said the same so save the time and go somewhere else read more

I stopped in here for an estimate and was greeted by a young guy, who admitted he is totally new to giving estimates. The whole process took about three times longer than it should have, as the kid fumbled with the computer software and eventually had to get his boss to redo the whole thing for him. For a few dents, these guys wanted to basically replace the whole exterior of my car (which is a 1 year old car)--for $4000. No thanks. I'll take my business somewhere where they know what they're doing. read more

My experience...stay away...took my truck in to be fixed after waiting 2 weeks to get in...i waited because I had a great first experience with them..but after this time.i won't be back....i had to hook up my licence plate lights myself..had to put my trailer plug back where it goes..my bed is not straight on my truck..and they did not put my fill tube back in place on my gas tank..i could not put gas in it at all till I went and had them repair it at there shop.....they send u a text from a number asking how they did..then when u tell them..u don't hear back from them...no thanks for the future with me... read more

I wouldn't give a star if it was a choice! I sent my journey in to have some minor repairs done with my insurance. They had it for about 3 weeks. I went back to get it and they had left chips or what ever it was in the paint that they had just replaced. The shop manager proceeded to tell me that they just miss things on these old cars due to the road conditions. My vehicle is only 14 months old and didn'have a scratch on it before my accident. There was also what looked like over spray on the places around where the repairs were made. They had missed damage on my a pillar as well. In addition to that there was what appeared to be a scratch on my bumper that was not there previously. I was also insured that it was a tape line. I now got my car back after the weekend to find out that they didn't put the seal on the bottom of my windshield on correctly or just damaged it taking it off. I went back to confront them about it and they looked and figured out that a pin had piped out on the seal. After leaving I went back on the interstate to go home. The rattle is still there! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. read more
