After attempting to "kick" the starter and run diagnostics on the battery, it became evident that both needed to be replaced. Thankfully we had a rental car in case we needed to go somewhere. It's only been one day but things seem to be going well with the repair ! Any questions that I had were addressed over the phone and I have numerous documents emailed to me about the prices/ invoices etc. all in all a great experience !
