The facility is very nice and clean. All in all, a good place for a quality massage at a very reasonable price.

She asked for my money first then took me into a dark room and stood there n stared at me, I was scared! Wasn't sure if I was getting robbed or raped! Then she said take off clothes. So I did but left panties in and got on table. She then pulled my underwear down almost to bottom of cheeks and was rubbing back and butt was odd! Then when she did my legs she literally rubbed my vagina 4 times! She kept asking me are you ok she could tell I felt weirded out! Very uncomfortable WONT EVER EVER GO BACK! Creepiest Place I've ever been! Also she had no strength at all her hand pressure was like an 6 year old kids! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Your gonna wish you listened to me

My husband and I felt very exposed the entire time. The headrest was covered by paper towel, so not soft and relaxing at all. During the massage they talked to each other the ENTIRE time. So if you like a relaxing massage with soothing music THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We honestly question if they have any real massage training. There was no real structure. The lady kept sliding her forearm up and down my spine which left my spine feeling sore for the next few days. We definitely will not ever go back. Based on the reviews I read, we had high hopes for this place. Don't waste your money!

I had to write this review after trying this Spa for a second time. The first time I went, it was…read morefor a massage. I needed some knots and tension worked out of my neck and shoulders. I just wanted some peace and quiet and down time while the masseuse did her thing. However, before the massage began she felt the need to inform me that she was upset because she had just broken up with her boyfriend etc etc. this immediately made me start rethinking the entire thing. Instead of the relaxed experience I'd been looking forward to, I felt the need to comfort her and play therapist for an hour. I did not leave feeling relaxed. I knew I couldn't write my review based on that first experience. So I waited and stewed a bit because I paid over $100 dollars for a massage and I left feeling even more tense and not relaxed at all. For my birthday this year, a friend presented me with a gift card for this spa and I decided to give it another shot. I went in on March 13, my appointment was scheduled for 4pm with Dakoda. He'd be giving me a deep tissue massage. During the foot soak he asked me some basic questions like the amount pressure I wanted applied and where I wanted most of the focus; which was of course my neck and shoulders. Dakoda was AMAZING! So professional and kind. I never felt at risk of being exposed or uncomfortable. He ensured the sheet kept my lady parts completely covered and he was very gentle when handling/moving my limbs to adjust. He focused heavily on my neck and shoulders and back as requested and I could feel the tension melting away. He should have those hands insured! There was no unnecessary chitchat, which I appreciated as an introvert. He's the only person I want massaging me. I am looking forward to booking with him again. I just cannot compliment him enough. All of the amenities at this spa are really nice and it's a very calm and tranquil environment. I am so glad I gave it another chance. Dakoda rescued my view/opinion of Spa Lux!
