January 2 2023 we went to pay $5,500towards the total cost of the ring. We told them we wanted the ring done March 1st so they made a promise date that the ring would be done this time we were helped by MEECH. (The only other person who has taken any money from us or wrote up any receipt besides shoob back in may 2022) But before that sometime in December we went to pay on the ring and the ring was no where to be found took them awhile to find it. So fast forward to today April 11 2023 my husband went to pay off the ring and take it home and was told that 2 days after we paid the $5,500 payment we came in and switched out all of our down payment to a pendent. Which is NOT the case. They were trying to get us to pay $3,000 more to get the original ring (that is not done) then tried getting us to get a different ring that is NOTHING like the original. Also would not give any money back that we put down. So the lady who had been helping us found the ring and all the receipts saying that we exchanged the ring money for a pendent that was not her hand writing it was someone else's. you think they would be more concerned than they were and look into it instead of trying to make more money off you. So now have a ring that I originally did not want & paid more than the ring is worth. DO NOT RECOMMEND they clearly don't take business serious and the receipt they give you obviously mean nothing. This was definitely an inside job done by MEECH HIMSELF. They have cameras that they can see we never came in and switched my ring to a pendent and they will see it was him that did this. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANY MONEY WITH HUTCHES go to Golden sun jewlery! Hutches is a bunch of scammers. Mind you when my husband was in the store Meech avoid any type of eye contact with him because he knows the shady stuff he did. Video-is the ring I wanted with a square diamond and white gold. I wasn't totally sure what I wanted when I walked in the door. I had visited a few other stores in hoping to find what I was looking for with no luck. At first, I was a little put off and hesitant from a bad experience a different pawnshop. But, after I walked into the door and was greeted by the friendly staff that was a game changer, my comfort level rose immediately. They also have a rewards card you earn points every time you pawn an item that you can later use toward a purchase in the store. What a great way to build customer loyalty. I love pawn shops it's amazing the great deals you can find on things you didn't even know you could pawn. Lol

5/12/16 I bought a portable Western Digital Mac Hard Drive go $45. I went to a Wendy's down the…read moreroad, pulled out my laptop, and connected the hard drive. The hard drive didn't work. I called the store and told them. They asked me to bring it back so they could test it. I returned to the store 20 minutes after purchasing it. They tested it for ten minutes, then asked me if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I said, "No. There are no other hard drives here." They asked for the card I used so they could refund the credit, which I gave them. Then they gave me a receipt that says "Debit Refund $45". I took it and walked out of the store. After watching my account for the past 5 days, I see that my refund hasn't posted. I retrieved my receipts (both the original and the refund) and I see that at the bottom of the refund receipt, it says, "UNAUTH TRANS" and the date on the refund receipt says 12/10/12. Is that shady or what? I'm going to call them to complain as soon as they open today.
