Do not waste your time with this company because that is exactly what they are time waster they will only take your instant quick workers comp cases they are not really doing any personal injury cases even though they say they are so don't waste your breath I settled for less from my workers comp case because they made it seem as if they were very positive that they would be able to continue on with my personal injury case which was the bigger of my two cases I had evidence and paper proof for both cases the deposition I was scheduled for up to 2 hours was done in 15 minutes because of the proof that I had I pretty much handed them all the information and a bow had voice recordings paper print outs everything pictures the whole nine and they wait settle my workers comp case get the money from that only only two never called back or never alert me that they weren't going to continue on for my case and that they were going to refer me out. I had recommended so many people to them but I will definitely be going back and telling them do not work with this company very big waste of time if this was a true law firm they would be using their skill to win all types of cases not just open and shut ambulance Chaser cases. They did the same thing to my husband on his case. I had a whistleblower retaliation case for being demoted and harassed after reporting sexual misconduct, and sexual harassment from my supervisor, as well as harassment from higher ups and they claim that they couldn't get in contact with me though I don't have a single email, when they needed things from me if they weren't able to reach my phone they had no issue calling my husband's phone to get a hold of me however when they're not able to take your case which is the only reason I settled for less on the workers comp case then they all a sudden have no idea how to get a hold of me. Horrible intake personnel. This law group wanted a lawyer fee of 50%. 50% is outrageous. The gentleman that took information on my case talked extremely slow. So slow I began to get irritated. I let him speak and after he told me the lawyer fee is 50% I told him no thank you. He began to tell me I wouldn't find any lawyer fee less than that. I told him I already found someone who had a lawyer fee way less than 50%. At that point he said "Good luck" and hung up in my face. You can't be a smart person to hire a lawyer that wants a fee of 50%. Unless I'm hiring some top well known attorney these are your mediocre employment lawyers. Not worth a fee of 50%. Rude intake person. Even if I was desperate for a lawyer hanging up in someone's face is never a good thing. Stay away!!!! read more

So I signed up with them and then a month and half later dropped my wrongful termination case that was strong cause they said it was not profitable for them. I never heard from a lawyer. Do not hire them if you are on a time constraint. They look my case and dropped the ball. They informed me that there was statue of limitations so I signed the contract quickly. Poor communication among team members and slow follow-up led to them having to drop the case only because of time. I trusted them and I filed my case long time ago with them, they abused my trust and contacted the defendant's attorney and sold my evidences to them! The attorney would never reply me and would promise me million dollar case over the phone while in reality I did not get a PENNY. All the other reviews in here are fake and not valid at all. It is very easy to pay someone $10 to write an excellent review for you. Trust me I tell you from my experience. Someone from my previous employer told me that Abramson's attorney were paid cash to postpone my case and they were doing these so I pass the deadlines to not be able to file the the matter with other offices such as EEOC. I am negotiating with my current employer to help me take action against this law firm and revoke their licenses. I mean if you can't trust your attorney who else can you trust??? I suggest you to call the eeoc office from they one and skip hiring this firm. This law firm is pretty bad. I kind of knew after I started. After I initiated my claim they pushed heavily towards doing a workman's comp. I can't remember specifically if it was mandatory but pretty sure it was.Then I've had multiple people reach out to me asking for info I had already given to the last person. The mandatory workman's comp call you have to be on is pretty much a sales call. "We take this percentage while the industry standard is this" a bit paraphrased but that is the gist of it. After months go by I decide to follow up with them and they say they can't get ahold of the defendant. They say they will keep trying and let me know when they do. After another month or so they reach out to me saying they are terminating my representation due to them not being able to get ahold of the defendant. They are just here going after the low hanging fruit it seems and anything that takes effort they won't bother. Many months wasted on their incompetence. Stay farrr away from them. read more

The two stars are for the attorney who seems to be the only polite person at this practice. Not only did the paralegals draft correspondence and mistakenly copy me on it, but also there were typos and incorrect gender identifications in those same correspondences. If I were opposing counsel this would be a complete giveaway that this practice doesn't pay attention to detail which is crucial when representing a client. Nicholas the "case manager" comes across as rude and at times unhelpful. Instead of simply attaching IRS forms he is requesting to emails he leaves it to the client to search and obtain for themselves. Extremely unprofessional. If you know you're going to need it back from someone why not just be courteous and have it ready to send out? How long have you been doing this exactly? Previous attorneys and their offices have always emailed me the forms I need to sign as a courtesy. You get it ready, done and out of the way. I do not recommend this practice whatsoever. I have been reaching out to this law firm for about a year now and I provided nothing but good evidence that I was retaliated against at work which resulted to me being laid off and this firm not only took 50% of my settlement that the law firm talked me into doing because they didn't want to drag time attending court but they also sent me a notice that I owe them an extra $1700 for overhead continuity costs and I feel as if they didn't do anything but take my evidence which made the company want to settle.
