    I can't, don't want to and will never again waste any more of my time on having anything to do with this "group". Therefore, just few copies out of a whole bunch of complaints i ended up filing against this "group" as a a result of their negligence and unprofessionalism will draw a perfect image of this "group" and it's true intentions. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint concerning the handling of my wrongful dismissal claim by your firm. The conduct and communication issues I have experienced throughout this process have caused me severe frustration and concern. At the outset, I engaged your firm and a non-attorney representative to assist me with my case. However, early in the process, I realized that the likelihood of success was low, and I notified the firm that I wished to discontinue the matter. Despite this, my request was ignored, and nearly nine months later, I received an email stating that settlement negotiations had begun with the opposing party. When I was informed of a settlement offer of $5,000, I instructed the non-attorney to accept it. After that point, communication from your office became extremely inconsistent. I made numerous attempts -- via phone calls and emails -- to obtain updates and clarification, but my calls were routinely unanswered, placed on long holds, or abruptly disconnected. My emails often went without response, and when I did manage to speak with staff members, they were dismissive and argumentative. After I eventually received the settlement agreement, I signed it and returned it promptly. However, I still did not receive timely updates from your office regarding the disbursement of the settlement funds. Months passed without any information. Recently, I received an email explaining that payment from the opposing side would not be issued until I removed certain "Google tags" -- a condition that was apparently part of the settlement agreement. This was the first time I had ever heard of such a condition. It had never been discussed with me before I was asked to sign the agreement. When I questioned the firm about this, I initially received evasive answers. Later, multiple staff members asserted that the non-attorney had already discussed this clause with me on a specific date, which is entirely untrue. Since then, every attempt I have made to contact your office has been met with hostility or outright termination of the call. I find it deeply concerning that, rather than addressing my complaint or clarifying the situation, your staff have resorted to denying my account and making false accusations. I request a full, written explanation of the following: 1. Why my request to terminate the case early on was ignored. 2. Why the settlement condition regarding the removal of Google tags was not disclosed or explained before I signed the agreement. 3. What actions your firm will take to correct this situation and ensure I receive the settlement funds promptly. Please treat this letter as a formal complaint and respond in writing within 3 business days. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating the matter to the appropriate regulatory and consumer protection authorities. Sincerely,

One case they couldn't get the opposite council to negotiate or have meaniful dialog. It came to the point they gave up on the case without even throwing a punch. I was told that they were going to refer my case out to trial attorneys because they don't have a attorney that handles trials. In fact the state bar of California attorney registrar doesn't pull them up as a verified group. My other case was a workers compensation case. That was handled and botched significantly. A morning I was appointed to have a zoom deposition the case manager never got out of bed. The administrative judge must've had petty on me because she gave me time to reach out to Abramsom labor group to see what was going on. The group had no answer. After countless calls I found out that the case manager quit the group. (I wonder what for) after a few months I got a call that the opposing council wished to settle. I agreed and was told by a certain date I would receive the payment. I didn't get that payment on that date. And Abramsom labor group was so evasive as to what was the problem. As like anyone in my situation I called a few times and emailed the group. During times I would call the phone operator hung up in my face twice. My emails were not responded to. After to weeks after I received the message they had my check. I asked to send it UPS or FedEx. They used USPS. I was irate. My envelope sat at the post office for almost 2 more weeks. I finally got the payment close to a month after the deadline. I out of respect emailed Nada to say I received the check. You know she never responded say congratulations or thank you for making them aware that I received the check. That labor group doesn't care about anything nor do they conduct themselves as professionals. Of course I don't recommend them to anyone reading this. A Google search of them and reading reviews stated that they don't do a good job for clients. The president I contacted because of the complaint of being hung up on never even responded.     Not the best experience. They were rude, could never get ahold of the attorney. I would not recommend this labor group.

Peter would ask me each time we talked, about my case and medical journey. He knew nothing about my case, each time I called him. Like he didn't know who I was or what was going on. He would even ask me what the insurance company was doing at the time. I would have to explain and fill him in on everything! I went to workers comp court a few times, with a random paralegal that Peter would send. Some shady things happened. At one point the judge even told the paralegal that he knew very well who Peter was, and he didn't have nice things to say about him. Yikes!! I even tried called around to see if I could get a different lawyer after all these shady things were happening. The few I spoke to told me negative things about Peter. I had a good case, backed by every doctor I saw. Even the QME. Peter quoted me half of what my case was worth. After he took his share, I was left with even less. Honestly, years of dealing with such a terrible person that treated me quite rudely, and like I didn't matter, I settled just so I wouldn't have to deal with Peter again. There's way better lawyers out there. Call around.

During our meeting, he took the time to ask detailed questions and requested any photos I had of the accident. He clearly explained the process, including the possibility that it might take some time depending on the other party's insurance. Mr. Jackson connected me with an excellent chiropractor and got my treatment started right away. As he initially mentioned, the process did take time--especially since the insurance company was uncooperative. When it became clear they weren't willing to settle, Mr. Jackson advised that we file a lawsuit against the individual directly. Throughout the process, he kept me informed with regular updates.
