He wouldn't cast me just the boot- months later nothing is healing. A real waste. Never asked if boot hurts.

And i didnt have to wait long at all. 5-10mins at most!! Another PLUS !!! AND for DR.SHAKH, what can i Say, he's the man to see for your broken foot and Ankle, cause thats exactly what i have!!DR. SHAKH is super knowledgeable, knows what his doing and most importantly the man has a sense of humor! Thank you for putting up with my Girlfriend and I's jokes! Gotta laugh the injury away somehow! My job makes it difficult for me to make it in for appointments with any doctor and Dr SHAK not only recognized this but went out of his way to make sure I received the care I needed. I am so grateful for him. Wearing boots every day for work has been painful because of an in grown toe nail. Not only did he remove it for me, I was shocked at how efficient and painless it was! Furthermore he even squeezed in an evaluation for my VA appointment I had coming up. I highly recommend Dr. SHAK, he goes above and beyond for his patients, is incredibly personable, and is fantastic at his job. I really can't thank him enough and I'd never go anywhere else.

I jammed my toe during the holidays and was in need of a podiatrist. I was fortunate to find Dr…read more Huang who was able to squeeze me in the same day. The process was quite simple actually. The parking is located in the back and the entrance is easily accessible. While I walked in the lobby, the reception greeted and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I was then ushered into an examination room, sat on a chair and took off my shoes. The doctor came in and was very cordial, communicative and most importantly patient. He answered all my questions and assisted me with my concerns. Great experience overall.

Had she understood what her computer read, she would see I have met my individual deductible. She wanted me to pay what left of the family deductible. So she told me I need to pay $140 plus whatever services are rendered. That was upfront! I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. I knew I I wasn't responsible to pay for the office visit in full. As soon as I got in the car I called Blue Cross who told me that I was right. They put me on hold and called her and explained to her how it worked and that she should not have asked up front and taught her what she should have done. I did not return as I did not trust this office anymore. So please make sure you speak to your insurance company first and ask reception at the office to check:understand your insurance benefits BEFORE you drive all the way down there.

The Podiatrist that I had been referred to never helped me understand the reasons for my daughter's issues with her feet. It wasn't until I was referred to Dr. Yamauchi that everything made sense. HE TRULY IS THE BEST!!! I am a person who has learned to question everything. This Podiatrist helped me in so many ways to understand not only my daughter's feet issues but how it has affected her knees. He took the time to explain which no one ever had before. I will forever be grateful!! Also, his staff was down to earth and super helpful! It may be a little old building but it has people who care about customer service and care for their patients.

I was told on the phone that my appointment was at 3:45 pm so I arrived at 3:30. As I completed new…read morepatient paperwork, I overheard other patients complaining that they had already been waiting for 30 minutes. When I submitted my paperwork at 3:35 (it takes only 5 minutes to complete), I asked the receptionist how many patients were ahead of me, to which she answered "3". I then asked at what time she thought the doctor would see me, to which she answered "4:30". When I reminded her that my appointment was at 3:45, she stated that my "real appointment time" was 4:30 and that they tell people to come 45 minutes early to complete paperwork. Of course, I was shocked that they would lie to their customers about their appointment times. If I had known that, there is no way I would have accepted the time slot as I have a son I must pick up before 5 pm from preschool. She very un-apologetically insisted that she is not lying to customers but rather enforcing office policy. At that point, I left as there was no way I could wait. They, of course, kept my $10 co-pay.
