He was willing to pick up material for us and bring it to the job site. His prices are very reasonable. He is perhaps one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. He's out here operating with a suspended license, stiffing the demo crew who tore out our flooring, and leaving us with a destroyed home and a half‑finished job. His installer barely got 10% done before the entire crew disappeared without a single word. I've tried calling. I've tried emailing. I even showed up at the local office -- all I got were pathetic excuses and zero accountability. The demo company and I have already filed complaints with the contractors board and the financing company because this man thinks he can just take people's money and run. How does a grown man blatantly steal, lie through his teeth, and operate with zero integrity? Every response he posts to negative reviews is defensive, rude, and dripping with shady behavior. He cannot be trusted. Nothing he says is real. And I have the documentation to back every bit of this up. I wish I had dug deeper before hiring him. If I can stop even one person from getting screwed the way we did, then at least this disaster serves a purpose.

Our…read moreFloors were exactly what I wanted, the project was done on time and in budget - there were no add-on expenses or surprise charges. I received quotes from 2 other companies for my project, and OP Flooring was competitive. What really sold me was the helpful and understanding demeanor of Sheryl and her husband - as well as their excellent reviews. As a woman, sometimes contractors and workers give me a hard time for wanting things the way I want them. It was so refreshing to work with a woman-owned business. Sheryl understood our needs, answered my questions without talking down to me or making me feel silly for asking them, and just gave me an overall feeling that they were going to be easy to work with. And that feeling was 100% right! Every step of the process went smoothly, and their install team was superb! They cleaned up at the end of the day and were courteous, but most of all their craftsmanship was great. We had one spot that needed to be adjusted a few weeks after the initial install, and Sheryl and her team were out right away to fix it. All in all, I'd highly recommend OP flooring to anyone needing new flooring. I love my new floors!
