In short, these previous tenants trashed this lease space with ink and other chemical-based stains. I thought to myself...there is no way in heck this tile, nor the bathrooms could be fixed without a total gut of the premises. When I brought this to the attention of the owner, he asked me if I knew anyone capable of addressing something of this magnitude as his goto cleaning company wouldn't take the job. I told the owner...Spot On was the company to call. Within 24-hours Spot On was there to do a walk thru on Friday afternoon and provided the owner a very reasonable (to me) estmate...and promised to complete the job over a holiday weekend. So it would be ready on Tuesday. When I arrived to inspect, I was amazed that they were able to deep clean years if ink stains and gunk....The tile looked brand new. The bathrooms were fit for the most critical critic...I honestly thought the bathroom fixtures were going to be replaced...but Spot On worked miracles. So much in fact, the owner of the office complex told me that he found a new cleaning company for all his properties. WTG Spot On. These guys do a great job for a great price. So much in fact, I have scheduled them to detail my yacht. I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.

We showed him his confirmation text he had sent the night before with the the correct time and he said "oh.. well we're here now, let's just do it" When we declined, he proceeded to tell us he had plenty of other work and that if we didn't want to go ahead then it was our loss. And he was glad he "didn't have to deal with people like us." Nice! A simple apology would have solved the whole issue, but his arrogance cost him our business. Which, he apparently didn't want or need. We were hopeful this company would be a good fit based on their Yelp mission statement, which in part reads " Efficient, honest, and family oriented... we wanted to improve the human quality... based on respect and trust ". Unfortunately we found neither.
