Had been a repeat customer for many years. I scheduled power washing and window cleaning recently and I let the scheduler know (as I always did) that we have a tall, multi-level home. Worker gets to house and says he doesn't know why he got the job because he doesn't have the equipment. Ridiculous! I was furious. Needless to say, we won't use them again. read more

I highly recommend Sabrina's Window Cleaning. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. Finally a business in SWFL that takes pride in a job done right. We had our windows cleaned inside and out including all window tracts at our home in Bonita Spring. All at a very fair price. What more could you ask for. Thank you for your excellent work and attention to detail. I will be a repeat customer for sure. read more

I don't know when You havr been treated with such disrespect by a company. I contacted Sabrina's because they came highly recommended by my family in Sarasota. Plus they are located close tome in Bradenton. I got confused the day the they were scheduled and I thought that U had missed them . They were to wash my windows inside and out and power wash my back steps. I camked and told them I had to resechule but when I realized my error, I called and spoke to a female who told me they would vome the next day. Suddenly, there'a man who keeps reinterating this incidenta and Cant seem to mive on. So my appointment was rescheduled to riday 02/14. First U am notified they will be here at 9am. Then i get a call from the female saying it will be 2 or 3. Needless to say they were a no show and when I called and said they need to be here now, the extremely rude man tells me that I had cancelled that first appointment and he has the voice mails. Which had absolutely nothing to do with todays appointment. He hung up on me so I won't be using Sabrina's now or ever. No one needs to be ytreagted like this when hiring someone for their services. read more

I had them do the windows in my house, Zack showed up on time, gave me a reasonable estimate and completed the job. He was meticulous and thorough, I will highly recommend Sabrina's. read more

Appointments are within a one hour period. Frank was on time and did a great job. He called ahead of time to let us know he was in route.

I was quoted a price over the phone for same exact work performed by this company last year ..and I told them I wanted the same thing done again this year .. then they tried to add another $100 to the "re-quote" when they arrived. I get prices have increased but not by 50% for simple power wash job. Poor communication..Will not use again! read more

I have used this company for years, last August I received a call to clean my windows. I was not able to do it at that time and set up an appointment for November. They booked me an appointment in November and canceled due to not having the correct ladder, booked me another appointment in December and canceled due to weather, it was a perfect day! They booked me another appointment towards the middle of December and they NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I will not use them ever again!!! Disappointed in LBK read more

Always on time and professional Great company Sabrina's window cleaning is my choice read more

The technician I was sent in Largo did not have time to adequately clean all of the windows--despite arriving two hours earlier than scheduled and despite my specifically asking the scheduler the day before if there was a stop time because there were a lot of windows. I was told there wasn't a stop time--it would take 2 or 3 hours at most. I was not notified that there was a problem with the front window and, as he was attempting to leave, had to ask why that window wasn't cleaned. First I was told it would take 30 minutes to clean the hard water marks on a front window and would be expensive. At that point I had already paid $329 with a $50 tip and at no time had I ever given the impression I would quibble about the cost. I asked if the technician had 30 minutes to clean the window as I needed the windows clean. Then the technician said it would take 2 hours to clean the window and he had a long drive home. I asked if I needed to schedule a different technician from this company. I asked if I needed to contact a different company. It soon became clear that he did not want to clean this window today or ever and things deteriorated as he raced through the house and then the outside to identify other windows with water marks to give a new estimate. Then decided to it was better not to give an estimate. By the time he was driving away I had already called a different company. I then called this company to explain today's events to the scheduler as perhaps the owner of the business would want to know what had transpired. I was told that the technician didn't think he could clean the window. I said I don't think he tried and if there had been a problem after trying, I should have been notified. I notified the scheduler that I had contacted a different window cleaning service to clean the window. read more

Totally professional job every time! They don't just clean the glass. The windows, tracks, frames and screens are all gleaming. They also pressure washed my paver lanai. I didn't realize how dark it's gotten over the years and I've had others pressure wash it but the difference is remarkable this time. They also cleaned my ceiling fans this time and did a great job. The prices are excellent, especially considering the job they do. Every crew is well trained and professional. They work diligently and get the job done. Sabrina's is doing it right! read more

I really don't understand all of the poor reviews. I have used them a couple of times to clean the exterior of our windows. Every time I think before calling them that my windows really aren't that dirty, but after they finish I think wow! really looks great, should have called sooner. They offer a 3-month guarantee and the receptionist has always been friendly, polite, and helpful when I call. I also think their pricing is fair and they arrive when expected! I will continue to use them. I do agree that they call a lot, which is annoying and they should work on other methods of getting business. However, as a business owner myself, I understand the challenges of maintaining a strong client base. I simply let their calls go to voicemail. Problem solved. The two eastern European guys are very good. read more

I wanted to take a minute to give a positive review. The agent Brad Agonito did a professional job. He was a positive representative of your company and the reason I will recommend your business to all my friends. He worked on my property like it was his own. We just had our windows washed by Dave from Sabrina's Gulf Coast Window Cleaning. I am so very pleased with the results that I felt I needed to give Dave a "shout out" on Yelp. When I say the windows look perfect, inside, outside, screens, etc., I'm not exaggerating. Dave did the job thoroughly and professionally, not skipping a beat. As a promotion, the windows were cleaned with Rain-X to keep them spot free with our rains in Florida. I'm not getting paid for this review, and I'm not related to anyone involved. This is just an honest review for anyone looking for a great window cleaner. Ask for Dave and get shiny clean windows at a reasonable cost! read more

Cold called my house. Ever heard of the do not call list????? I expect people to respect my privacy. I will never use a company that cold calls. Use Craig's list, paper or direct mail. Nothing pisses me off more than a cold call on the telephone. More than spam! I have to stop what I'm doing to pick the phone up or could be on a biz call and I get annoying call waiting because someone can't respect my privacy. I never called you, you called me! read more

Can I give a zero? Made an appointment weeks in advance. Explained what I needed. They called and spoke to me prior to appointment to confirm. Appointment was for today between 8-9. No show. I called them to ask where they were. Said they called on weekend to cancel because they didn't think they could do the job. They never called me. They said they just cancelled me out. I have used Sabrina's window cleaning for the past three or four years and was always extremely satisfied The people that came were always polite and did a great job This year the couple that arrived at my house to do the cleaning acted like I was a new Customper really only interested in the money part of the job Since I was an established customer I thought they would know from the computer how many windows Well they wanted to charge me double from what I have paid I understand prices go up but not 100% I told them no thank you I will find another company Thry actually couldn't care less and left This company also advertises in the local advertising paper Ehen I said this is the price I usually pay the one that is advertised he said not for your windows Very disappointing because I have recommended this company at neighborhood get together I guess it has changed read more

Awful service. The whole window was not cleaned, furniture was moved but not put back and ledges were not done!!!

Great company, my windows never looked soo good before. I also have them clean my wall mirrors which is a job I always hated. Used them this year to clean my pavers on my lanai and they turned out just great. This company can do just about anything you wish. Will continue to use them. read more

Just stopped what I was doing to answer an unsolicited marketing call from this business. They are cold calling all the neighbors of someone that just used them. Feel free to pre-block the number. If you did quality work, you would get enough recommendations to keep you busy instead of having to panhandle for business. read more

Very prompt & courteous. They are neat & do a good job. I also like that they call when it's time for a cleaning.

This is a splurge for our income bracket. Sabrina's did a nice job, it would have been nice to know before hand that there was an up charge for cleaning of window sills and cobb webs in and out. read more

Frank provided a professional job of power washing our entire house, porches, brick steps, paver driveway, also the windows, screens and tracks. Utter waste of time. Sabrina's has a scammy "estimate" system to get someone to your house who will give you the real, highly inflated price. I called and a nice lady quoted me $129 based only on the square footage of my house, but said the window washer (who is a subcontractor) would verify the price when he got to my house. $129 seemed low, so I asked her how she could give an accurate estimate without knowing how many or what kind of windows I have. She just told me the next higher estimate was $159 for a 2000-2500 SF house, so it wouldn't be higher than $159. There was no logic here, and I figured the real price would be higher, like $225 or something. So the window washer arrived, looked around and said it would be $343. We told him no thanks. It appears Sabrina's doesn't care about being accurate or truthful, or they could easily ask questions about your windows to give you a better estimate and not waste your time and the window washers time. Why would anyone work for this ridiculous company? read more

Sabrinas Gulf Coast window cleaning does great work on the windows and they are reasonably priced. The staff has always been very pleasant.
