The centerpieces had gold bowls under the flowers which was a great touch! She even let us borrow her table numbers for the seats. The aisle way looked pretty and centerpiece and tables were gorgeous, we re purposed all the flowers from ceremony to reception. Our sweet heart table was pretty. There were also some flowers at cocktail tables and on the cake table. The groomsmen, bridesmaid, bouquet, and corsages looked pretty~ Overall her price is fair and quality was amazing! Originally, I asked if I could customize her bouquets for different types of flowers and she happily obliged! During the time I requested however, she informed me that peonies were not in season and the ones available would not look good (quite honest of her tbh) I then thought my quest for the bouquets were done for... Then weeks later she remembered what I wanted and messaged me if I was still interested! I quickly accepted and she got the flowers done in a couple of days! My husband ordered a $189.99 anniversary arrangement through FlowerShopping.com, which assigned…read moreRoyal Florist as the local florist. Unfortunately, the arrangement delivered looked noticeably different from what was advertised online and contained dead and wilted flowers, despite being brought inside immediately into an air-conditioned home. When we raised the issue, Royal Florist focused on saying they followed the "recipe" and provided the required quantity of flowers, but failed to acknowledge the lack of quality, attention to detail, and resemblance to the arrangement pictured online. They also stated the flowers had arrived fresh the night before. If wilted flowers were received from their vendor, however, they should not have been used in a $189.99 arrangement. They also pointed out that Royal Florist does not receive the full $189.99 paid to FlowerShopping.com. While I understand that, Royal Florist was still entrusted with fulfilling the order and delivering a quality arrangement. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with how both Royal Florist and FlowerShopping.com handled the complaint. Rather than taking accountability or offering a reasonable resolution, it felt like they prioritized protecting their profit over making things right for the customer.

LOOK NOWHERE ELSE!!!!!…read more I can't tell how lucky we are to have Jay as our Florist!! He is so talented, and with a lot of artistic ideas. We were having a hard time to find a florist to understand how our ideal centerpiece should look like until we found Jay! He totally got what we were picturing in our mind from our vague description, and created this perfect centerpiece on our wedding day. Also, not to mention his price is so reasonable!! We always wanted pampas grass to decorate our arch, and a lot of florists either not having it or charging a ridiculous price. But Jay!! He could always find ways to provide the flowers/plants we need with a good price! I went from local florist in Torrance, to online florist, and at the end we decided to settle with Jay because he is simply AMAZING and is always willing to meet our needs! Our wedding would not be perfect without Jay's work! Truly a hidden gem in the flower district! You will not regret choosing him :)

They almost put hands on me for taking a picture of flowers being arranged ON THE public SIDEWALK outside of the shop, because they said they have a no photo policy. Well, you're on public property sir. The other shops were hospitable and accommodating. This shop was arrogant and annoyed at pricing questions I had. The other shops have a flower gallery on an ipad or a book binder to show the breadth of their work. This place doesn't even want to answer questions. From the little info I was given, it seems this place is also considerably more expensive than the neighbor florists. This is 8th and San Pedro more or less. I hope Jay knows how his employees treat prospective customers. It was really poorly. This is my personal experience April 2025.
