I would beware of this company who also goes by Jessie. She helped our family in a wedding and was unprofessional. Doesn't deliver examples or what she showed simply over promises and under delivers. Our family got bare minimum quality and felt scammed. Flowers were low quality and and wilted in the wedding. Presentation didn't look full or appealing as well at the wedding. When our family brought it up, or engaged before the wedding their was a lot of push back and a defensive attitude. Perhaps she has limited bandwidth , but when so much money is invested the least a vendor can do is provide communication but the process just seemed like bad business practice. I do not recommend contracting her for any wedding if you are looking for good quality and good communication. I would invest with a florist who can actually deliver on their photos and inspiration and photos as opposed to someone who doesn't provide punctuality in their work. read more

This was the first event we used L'etoille for the flowers and desserts. Jessie saw my daughter and my vision for the event and she delivered. I wish I can rate them 0/5 stars. Jessy is the worst to work with. We initially ordered 12 centerpieces knowing we would add a few more later on as we finalized our table numbers. We contacted them to add on a couple centerpieces before the wedding and we were told the price for the new centerpieces had increased. We decided to let it pass as we can't switch florists last minute so we ignored it and just agreed to pay more for the sake of avoiding a problem. The day of my wedding, my entire order was messed up. I initially ordered no greenery in my centerpieces and the bridal bouquet. She sent centerpieces with green flowers, which I never ordered. My bridal bouquet and the flowers in the centerpieces were dying and browning. I also ordered a fake cake from her, she delivered a completely different cake than what I picked & paid for. When we called her to replace everything she stated "there is nothing she can do" and only agreed to switch it after I told her I have text message proof of what cake we ordered & that we can sue. Let me also warn you-- she doesn't respond to messages/calls. Several missed calls and text messages go unanswered. We had to have our wedding planner reach out to get her to confirm our order/payment. Her entire business is unprofessional and she is very hard to deal with. There are plenty of florists/wedding planning services out there to choose from, stay far away from here. Jessy, the owner has a terrible attitude and really needs to figure out how to start dealing with customers. I have 3 friends with upcoming weddings this year & I've already reached out to them to make sure they don't deal with her and explained our experience. read more

Fast forward a few years and it's my time to get engaged and have an engagement party! I knew I wanted to go to her. I visited the L'etoile Chocolatier this past weekend for Valentines Day. They had a special event for Valentines Day Weekend for a $15 (all you can eat) chocolate tasting and champagne. They made everything on site, and everything we had was delicious. The area isn't the best and the shop was a little off the beaten path. The shop is huge and filled with party decor for any sort of home event or party you could have. It's a family-owned business and feels very welcoming. You'll find terrific people with great prices. They've been there for 12 years - I wish them the best and hope to come back soon. Our favorites: fresh chocolate-covered strawberries, their double-roasted chocolate-covered hazelnut (TO DIE FOR), and the chocolate-dipped wafers. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE business etiquette and disgustingly RUDE. I went over to L'etoile to order my wedding invitations 6 months prior to my wedding. After ordering them she told me that they would come in ONE month. Three months later they finally arrived. Upon their arrival, Jessie, the "well put together" owner of said business (with flamboyant style) needed a $1 extra charge per each 300 invites to write the invites name on the card. She tacked on an extra $300 dollar charge after we had already agreed on a price, and she had already told me the name on the cards were included. Not to mention, that I told her I needed 3 invites prepared to go overseas. I came to pick them up none of them were ready. Only her mom was there. After her mother haphazardly put them together with a glue gun. I sent them. Little did I know they were put together totally wrong with glue smeared ALL over the invite. When I mentioned to her the mistakes on my invite, she refused to apologize for what her company had done. She refused to take blame for the invites that were put together wrong. When I came to pick up the rest of the invitations she began to yell at me in her store in front of everyone. She claimed that I was over the top, when all I merely wanted to change was the font size and color and have NORMAL invitations. I cannot begin to go further as to how horrible the service I received here was.. PLEASE DO NOT GO VISIT Jessie, unless you want to be thrown on with over priced cheap glitter and fake Swarovski stones. PS She charges an ARM AND A LEG for invites you can order from a book at Michael's or any other paper company. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!
